Mi experiencia fue muy negativa. A pesar de que la propietaria parece una persona cordial, la gestión del equipo administrativo deja mucho que desear. Greymar Castillo evidenció una total falta de criterio para tratar al personal con dignidad, equidad y reconocimiento por su trabajo. El trato del personal de oficina fue deficiente, desordenado y poco profesional.
A los huéspedes les sugiero revisar cuidadosamente las almohadas y la ropa de cama al momento de llegar. En mi caso, presentaban olores desagradables y manchas visibles, lo cual genera dudas sobre los estándares reales de limpieza antes de cada estadía.

Although the owner is a very kind lady, the office team is terrible and completely disorganized. Greymar Castillo has no understanding of fair treatment, respect, or valuing employees for their work. The entire office staff provides awful service.
For guests: make sure to double-check your pillows and sheets. Several had odors and visible stains, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and whether they were properly washed before your stay.
