Rusty did a great job on my geo-thermal system fixing the blower motor and wheel. He even came to help when he was sick. I recommend this business and give them 5 stars.

When you find yourself in need of an after hours service call, it’s never a good thing. Add to the mix that it’s right in the middle of a time when people are distancing themselves from each other and spending more time at home, then that takes the entire experience to a whole new level of stress. When you reach out to a person/company who then responds immediately, fixes your issue quickly and advises on steps to prevent a reoccurrence, and does all of the above with a calm and polite manner then you have reached a company that you not only want to continue to do business with when/if the need arises in the future but you also want to share your experience with others. I highly recommend Rusty and Total Comfort Solutions. I’d choose them in a crisis (as I did this weekend) but also when planning a project prior to it being an emergency and I encourage anyone reading this to feel confident in making that same choice.

Called with an emergency situation and Russell Burch answered. He was very quick to respond and called back when he said he would. Upon arrival, he had our furnace issue diagnosed and back in working order in less than 30 minutes. He is extremely fair and set our mind at ease with his honest work ethic and professional, diligent work.
