I called Prime Time for my AC repair and spoke to Asiel. He called me back very quickly and helped me troubleshoot a simple fix on the phone. (Battery in the thermostat!) That impressed me more than any service company and he followed up should I need service the same day. I highly recommend Prime Time Cooling

I have used this company before and have not been disappointed! The last time I called and spoke to the owner's wife she quickly set an appointment for my convenience. My A/C was leaking water and I wasn't sure what was wrong. I hadn't had service in about a year. The technician, Randy O, came at the scheduled time which made it very convenient I did not have to wait! He quickly assessed the problem and determined what needed to be done. It cost me less money than I expected! Nice family owned company! This company is the best! Before I used this company I had used numerous A/C businesses come out and had been totally ripped off for years--Thanks again Prime Time for being a great company!!

Asiel at Prime Time Cooling came highly recommended by an air conditioner repairman who no longer does installs. They gave a very competitive price which included permitting. The installers were very professional and cleaned the job site on completion. I am very happy with their service.

Most definitely recommend! The tech, God bless him, was so kind and patient with me when it came to answering my questions. They are punctual, polite, well spoken, and organized. They kept everything as clean as possible as they worked on fixing the problem and when they were done they cleaned up after themselves, I was ecstatic about their cleanliness. My AC has been working like new ever since! Amazing company with affordable pricing!

Prime Time Cooling is beyond competent and knowledgeable. They installed a new A/C system and new air ducts. They. Were. Amazing. And the best part, there is actually a live person who answers the phone. Helpful. Caring. They WILL take care of your AC and fix the problem. Call them!

Prime Time Cooling technician came today for our annual maintenance visit. He was prompt, very friendly, answered all of our questions, and was very clean (it was a rainy day and he made sure to take off his shoes before entering the house). We have had outstanding service from Prime Time Cooling since we purchased our Florida home in 2020. We would never use anyone else.

Ac blowing hot air so I called and they had a tech at my house by the end of the day. Knew the problem within minutes and had my ac pumping cold air within 15 minutes of him knocking on my door. Prime time is the best!! The company that installed my ac 10 years ago starting overcharging and putting me off for days until a tech could be dispatched. Found prime time through Yelp and haven't looked back since. Techs are always friendly and straight to the point on what needs to be done and what may have to be done in the future by thoroughly inspecting your units inside and out so you are prepared without having to wonder when the next problem will arise. A fairly priced family owned business is more rare than gold these days and prime time has always the gold standard for me. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

Had a new ac unit installed in my condo. From the very beginning they were kind, friendly and responsive. They are reliable and delivered everything as promised. Also very patient and answered all my questions and concerns, which were plentiful. They gave me options that were suitable for my needs. They were efficient in installing and strategic in overcoming obstacles. I highly recommend!

They came out late at night on a weekend to diagnose our problem, gave us several options to choose from, and we had a whole new system by the end of Monday for a good price. Very nice bunch both on the phone and in person. Highly recommend.

Prime Time has always been amazing.
I had an issue that I couldn’t figure out. Almost a year ago the coils on one of my units had to be replaced (warranty item). However, as summer approached and my A/C had to start performing, my house wasn’t quite cooling the same. I called Prime Time and they came out to check it out.
The key to this was patience. I knew they would need time to look at everything. They spent several hours going through everything. I never felt they were rushing to leave. There were a two different components they discovered not operating correctly. Those parts were replaced and so far so good.
They have always been professional and kept work area clean.
