We bought a new system and they were very price competitive. The “winning shot” to the sale was that my salesman Jose pointed out 3 key features regarding my installation that the other 2 companies never mentioned. Eric and Nick arrived on time this morn and took care in protecting the floors for removal and install. They were very thorough and clean, and by any means , were not in a rush. Upon test and finish, another 20 minutes was spent on operation of the thermostat so we had a full understanding. Go team Ferrarra!

Ferrara’s Air is every bit as good as all of the positive reviews you see! We needed to replace our A/C unit and they responded very quickly to get us back up and running. They are very organized, very professional and this is a well run company. Our service tech was Erik and he kept us informed all during the process of replacing the system. He was excellent. If you have HVAC needs, you can count on this company!

Ferrara’s service was amazing from beginning to end. All of the technicians were very professional and helpful Jose did my quote, then Kenyon, Elois and Erik did the install. It took them longer due to the old slab that they had to replace but they did not deter them from getting the job done in one day. All were extremely nice and now I’m back to enjoying the cool air ahead of the summer. Thank you all for your excellent service and for being so thorough and professional. Highly recommend!

Not only is Ferraris Air family owned and operated by Vanessa and Tony but they provide a level of service that even the major air companies can't compete with. My schedule is busy and they make it a priority to work around me. I called yesterday and today my tech Elios came out after his shift and did a great job. He was efficient and professional. Very clean and respect of my house. He walked me thru everything and showed me pictures and what the number read and meant on the meter. I couldn't be happier with my Ferraras experience. Highly recommend.

James was hands down the best service technician we’ve ever had, and this is no exaggeration. I’m talking all the techs over the years in all different lines of work, he was simply the best. He was on time, kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He kept us informed every step of the way and explained things in detail, but in an easy to understand way. He was thorough and efficient, and I can tell he was honest with his evaluation. He didn’t jump to conclusions and took the time to do all the necessary checks to let us know what was recommended. We will definitely be calling Ferrara’s Air from now on, and look forward to our 6 month system check with James. To the entire Ferrara team, thank you for the A+ service, from my first call with Ros all the way to our booking (I don’t remember her name!) and service call. You can tell when a company really cares and this is the one.

My issue here is that the technician did not come with professional tools despite the understanding that we would be doing a leak/moisture investigation. The company's response below inaccurately reflects my feelings as "overly anxious or stressed", when really I was watching a bowie knife (an 8-10 inch hunting knife with one serrated side) plunge into a ceiling with electrical and plumbing in it inches from the blade. If you have any sense, you know that means potential trouble. No inspection hole, no gentle angle. This was pretty irresponsible, and the technician even chuckled that we would have been in deep trouble if we hit a pipe.... I was cringing and ended up offering a gardening tool that had an edge like a drywall saw to help relieve the struggle.

I am starting a floor renovation upstairs that involves subfloor work, I was hoping to open the subfloor and investigate from there as I already have to do that. Tony advised against. I allowed for a cut in my ceiling to get to a conclusion - but hoped for a better method. Tony identified the leak and found that it was plumbing. Overall, this was good advice.

I’m not happy to pay $185 for a leak investigation that involves a 10 inch Bowie knife plunging into my wall risking more damage and that makes a drywall repair more difficult. I can’t speak to AC services, but would not choose them again for an investigation. We got lucky, and I am leaving a 2 star because the next customer may not be as lucky as I am with that Bowie knife.

Tony was a good guy. I can emphasize that he seemed strong in knowledge of HVAC. My issue is with the leak investigation that I contracted them to complete.

Jeff came on time for our scheduled appointment. Patiently listened and explained everything to me. Performed all necessary services and was a real pleasure working with him.

As always, the service was wonderful my technician was pleasant, polite, and informative. We will see you in January to start some work. Thank you so much. We enjoy being customers of yours.

Elois is always on time and very professional. I never worry about anything when I’m working in my office. When the job is done he explains everything to me that was done and any recommendations moving forward from my semi annual maintenance. He tell represents what Ferrara’s Air stands for. Excellent service from the house call from the estimate and fair pricing professionally outlined by Jose to the install done by Erik in a speedy manner but with so much attention to detail. I will be calling Ferraras from now own for all my AC needs professionalism from start to finish.

Ferrara Air was fantastic! The team was friendly, kept me informed, and worked hard to help with my AC issue. Even though the unit was too old to fix, they offered clear solutions and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!

Obtained many quotes on replacing 2 A/C systems in my home and their quote, while not the cheapest, was reasonable given current south Florida market conditions. Their techs were responsive, timely, and professional. Would certainly recommend them!

I can’t tell you what a wonderful experience I had with Ferrara’s Air. I called. They came right away. JAMES was wonderful. He figured out what the problem was after. Doing what they call a diagnostic to find out what my problem was he fixed it and it’s running beautifully not only did I get that I got a report that printed out along with a wonderful invoice that explained . Everyone there was so helpful between Indira and the rest of the staff. I just can’t thank them enough for their honesty and their professionalism.
