If you're researching which company to go with, you can stop wasting your time now. To say they exceeded my expectations is an understatement. I needed to access my pod and the entire team pulled together and truly went out of their way to make the experience as smooth as possible. They're a family business, so they actually care about the humans that entrust them. They're smart, so they've considered things that competitors haven't, like the fact that a door on each side of the pod is a much better design than a single door that prevents you from accessing the things that were loaded at the very beginning of the loading process. They're organized, so they make things happen efficiently. And, above all, they're just better than a big box (excuse the pun) company like Pods. Thank you, thank you for being so awesome. I'm so glad I went with these guys and, if it isn't obvious, I recommend them wholeheartedly.

The customer service of this company is exceptional! The gentleman who attended me by the name of Bobby was so polite, caring, and informative. He made me feel extremely confident that my goods would be taken care of as if they were his. He explained to me that the container can be placed in any spot because of their remote control lift system… which is pretty cool! I highly recommend My Stack Box for when it’s time to have your goods stored! Thanks again Bobby!

I worked directly with the manager Bobby and I must say it was a pleasant experience. He communicated well during the process in returning all my calls and responded to my text messages. Plus, he worked with me to make sure my entire experience was great! The pod I received was brand new and in great condition. Also, delivery and pick up of the pod was on time. I highly recommend this company and would gladly do business with them again.

Working with the owner Bobby was a awesome experience! I wished I had learned about their services before I used another vendor in the past. He payed special attention to our needs and saved us tons $$$. His entire staff was extremely professional & dedicated in serving our needs. The boxes are extremely versatile and open at both ends to allow storing easier. Very well ventilated with great design. I recommend using My Stack Box, delivered in a timely manner. It was clean, locks provided (small cost) but worth it. Box was placed exactly where I needed it. It rained and everything inside was perfectly dry. We will definitely keep using them in the future.

(We stored at the yard in Fort Pierce, FL)I waited to do a review so I could update on the entire experience! I first dealt with Walter who was well versed on every single question we had. Pricing was very good and we got a Military discount that was so appreciated. The drop off of our container came as stated and the delivery driver (I can't recall his name, wish I did) because he was awesome. He explained how to pack the box, how the doors were hooked to remain open etc. We ran into a unforeseen health issue when pick up had been scheduled and Karry was absolutely epic in rearranging scheduling so we could have the extra time we needed at no charge! Now for the young lady in the office, Chaimae she also deserves kudo's as she constantly was available and follow up was almost immediate! We did have a small miscommunication as to visiting our box but it was taken care of to our satisfaction and happy with the process they did! We stored there from the end of March 2024 to the end of November 2024 and were very happy with the location for us as we were renting in Vero Beach. The box was secure and out of all the items we stored only 1 had mold that we couldn't save. And out of all the boxes we had one lone beetle moved in, lol! Having the doors at both ends was great making getting to stuff we needed so easy. We arranged to have a moving truck come to the storage yard and do the final move to our new home and that process went just as smooth notifying Chaimae and her follow-up with yard personnel. We broom cleaned the storage box, sent pictures and finished our move out! I commend this company for service that you don't see anymore! We had a terrible experience from the start! We chose to go with them to support a local business but had only headaches from the start! I reserved a 16ft container and they sent us a 20ft one. By the time we realized it, my husband was already half way packed with it and they couldn’t deliver the right one until way too late for us. Then a little after that, while it was being stored in their facility, we needed to get a few things out and put some in. I scheduled it in advance and my friend rented a van, only to get there and realize it was for nothing because they simply forgot to bring our container out. By the way, it must have never been put back because all signs point that it was not stored in climate controlled environment even though we were paying for it. We had our stuff stored in there for 6 months. There was so much dust inside our container and on our stuff. We had our stuff stored with Pods for the same amount of time and that never happened. There was dust even inside some of the boxes. It must be from their yard because it’s just gravel! Both our locks were rusty. Those are not signs of it being stored inside. I also had a brand new roll of sticky paper like faux marble that I use on my son’s play kitchen (which was filthy from all the dust as you can see in the picture), and I was unable to use the paper to redo the play kitchen because it had lost its adherence! So frustrating! Not to mention that they wanted to charge us $5k to bring our stuff to VA while Pods was charging $2,100! Huge difference! It also turned out they wouldn’t let us have the pod delivered to their yard (since we no longer had an address in FL) so we could transfer the stuff either… my husband just had to rent a truck and drive it up. Had we gone with Pods it would have been so much easier, better and cheaper! At the time we didn’t know we weren’t going to stay in FL, otherwise we wouldn’t even have considered My Stack Box, even if to support a local and family owned business! Never ever again! As I’m in the process of unpacking my things, I get more and more frustrated!
Do yourself a favor and go with Pods! Way more reliable! I get that a lot of our issues was due to “growing pains” as they are new to business, but it has been the most frustrating moving experience!
