pressure cleaning guy was super professional and did a good job pressure washing. I gave 2 stars because the company doesn't accept AMERICAN EXPRESS unless they charge the customer a 15.00 fee to use the card which is over 9%. AMERICAN EXPRESS is only charging a 3% fee to them so why the additional markup??? not all customers are unaware of fees and actually very well knowledged. I felt lied to and taken advantage of. I do not like shady business owners and would not use this company again. My opinion is that this business will not grow to its fullest potential with bad management and clearly shows weakness financially if they are not accepting all cards equally as form of payment. GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!

I hired them for painting and deck sealing. It seems they used the wrong sealer on my pool deck. Now I have to pay to take it off as it feel like banana peel when wet. I called them so they can fix the problem but never called me.back. Not calling them again.

I like this company. They gave me the best quote around, they were very responsive via text, and the amount of time they spent pressure cleaning my room and also cleaning the surrounding areas including the windows (included free) I was worried for a moment it would end up costing more than they quoted bc of the amount of time and thorough job they did, but they stuck to the quote and it was a reasonable price. Thank you! Will use you again next year and hopefully one day to paint my house as well.

They pressured cleaned our roof and painted our walkway. Due to all the rain the following day the paint peeled off a bit. Called the office, they came out and fixed it right away! Great customer service and work ethic! Highly recommend!

After I got few other estimates, Jose gave me the best price. I decided to go with his service ( although I was not sure if I am doing the right thing, since I could not find much feedback about his company).

I called them yesterday afternoon and this morning they were at my house at 8am. The gentlemen did an amazing job and was very nice and professional. Finally! A company in South Florida that truly cares about you, your home, and your satisfaction. I hired International Painting and Power Cleaning to clean my home, driveway, about 200 feet of sidewalk; and to paint the entire home, garage doors, balcony and pool patio decks. They did an honest, high-quality job and they DO NOT cut any corners. Jose, owner, is a great guy and was super attentive and as concerned about the quality of the job and finished product as he would be with his own home. He constantly checked up on the job and communicated with me. They use Schwerin Williams super paint; other companies will claim to use SW paint and then bring some cheaper stuff to the job - not International Painting. Sandro, the painter, painted our home the way an artist paints a canvass. He took his time, ensured that I was pleased, and even did some customized work as a nice gesture. The company employee who answers the phone is extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, friendly, and extremely competent. Alberto, who washed the house, did a pristine job. I could not find one square inch that he missed. He spent t double the time on my roof as compared to the time spent by other companies on my neighbors’ roofs when they get cleaning done. I can’t say enough about this company, and like I said in the first sentence, Jose and his employees have a solid work ethic; they actually care about you, the quality of the work they do, and your ultimate satisfaction. Keepin’ it real, no kickbacks.
