We have several homes in South Florida and have used Arcon Roofing for all of them. Their service has been exceptional every time. The crews on-site are professional, efficient, and take great care in their work, and the office team is just as impressive. They are organized, responsive, and easy to communicate with. It’s rare to find a company that is this consistent across both execution and customer service.

Horrible Roofing Company!!!! I called Arcon Roofing because I had a small roof leak located in my guest bedroom ceiling. They gave me an estimate of $900.

The first time Arcon Roofing came out to fix my roof leak, the leak became bigger. There were several water stains on my ceiling.

I called to complain and they came out a second time to repair the roof leak that they caused. The roof leak became even bigger. When it rained, water was coming out of my AC Vent. I called to complain and they demanded more money. All of these issues happened within the 1 year warranty.

I now have broken tiles on my roof, a damaged ceiling and roof leaks that they caused due to their negligence. They also scammed me out of $900.

These guys are very professional. They just finished my new roof and I have no complaints. A very hard working, honest group of guys.

Worst roof company!! They cheated the roof at my house. They didn't install it correctly and they took a yr to finished the work. In addition, there were leaks after they finished and they didn't fix it. Demanded more money.

It's one thing to have a great roofing company that does quality work at a fair price. That's Arcon. But to also have exceptional people and to stand behind your work is extra special. That is my experience with Arcon. If you need a roofing company, do yourself a favor and call them. I'm glad I did!

I was hesitant at first to sign up with them due to the great price they were giving me. I did end up signing up with them because they came recommended by a friend who had already had four house roofs done by them. I must say they were great in pricing , did not charge for any extras, they were very good in cleaning up the debris created, and they took care of all permits. The work was done in reasonable time and they were very willing to work with me and were prompt to provide all licensing forms. I know that sometimes there may be glitches for some people but overall my personal experience was very positive from beginning to end.

It should be noted that I will only write a review for one of two reasons; I've either experienced amazing service or I've experienced horrible service. The reason I'm writing this review is due to the amazing service provided by Arcon Roofing over a 4-year period of time.

In August of 2013 Arcon installed a new flat white tile roof on my house as well as a re-roof of the flat roof portion of my house. In 2016 I experienced 2 seperate leaks in the valleys of the tiled roof. Within days on filing the warranty claim Arcon techs responded to my house and made the repairs free of charge.

On 12-18-20 I met with Mike Durcan of Arcon Roofing in reference to again re-roofing my flat roof. It must be noted that the flat roof is not leaking, however, it does look beat, it looks to be way older than 7 years.

While on the roof Mike did a full inspection and advised that the flat roof was fine, in fact, he advised that the roof had approximately 8 more years of life. He recommended I NOT replace the flat roof as that would be a waste of money. I was truly caught off guard when Mike advised that replacing the flat roof was not necessary.

Think about it, a company in the business of selling roofing jobs advising a potential customer NOT to remove and replace an existing roof. The nerve of this guy to be that incredibly honest.

Using history as a guide as related to the 2 repairs made to my roof back in 2016 and the honesty Mike showed to me on 12-18-20 I will definitely hire Arcon Roofing for any future roofing issues.

As of this writing, I recommend Arcon Roofing, this recommendation is based on my personal experiences which are outlined above.

I used Arcon Roofing for two of our other properties and called them after Hurricane Irma to help with our new home. Mike, one of the men who comes to give pricing, wrote up a contract and we agreed.
Little did I know he was taking complete advantage of our trust. It took almost a month for someone to come out to actually do the work from the time we submitted the contract. Not only did we have to wait a month, once they started the small repairs it took several phone calls for them to come and complete the job. My roof was left exposed for several weeks.
Once the repair man was in the middle of the work he called his boss, Mike and suggested we complete the rapper a different way. While on speaker we heard Mike instruct the worker to "don't charge them more, we got enough out of them."
I sent the company THREE checks and a woman by the name of Ramona continues to call me. Finally this morning, I told her I would send a FOURTH check and if she doesn't receive this one I would drive out of my way to bring her the payment. The woman on the other line responded "I don't trust you" and insinuated I was a liar and not trustworthy. The only people in this transaction that are liars and take advantage of customers is ARCON ROOFING. This company does nice work but they clearly take advantage of their customers and need a better lesson in customer service.

They did our re-roofing work and the results were Great.

Since the beginning dealing with Emmanuel was easy, clear and friendly.

We had to wait a few months as the tiles we wanted weren't available.

They changed all the rotten board's, fecia, and everything to leave our roof like new with out giving us last minute price chage surprises.

Arcon sent a big team that did the whole work in a well coordinated fashion way and left no debry behind.

Awesome roofing company! Arcon replaced my roof on my previous residence 30 years ago and just replaced my roof on my current residence. Same great service, same great employees. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and neatly. I highly recommend Arcon for fair pricing and great work.

I spoke to several roofing companies in Broward County before deciding. While most were very cordial and professional, ARCON Roofing had the best price, kept me informed at all times about the expected installation schedule (which depends on the roof tiles manufacturer) and delivered exactly what was promised. From the moment they called to inform the job was starting because the tiles were ready for delivery, their teams worked quickly and diligently to keep the schedule with no delays. All permits were filed flawlessly, and all inspections scheduled with the city right after each step. Amanda was always available to answer my questions and explain how everything works patiently. Dealing with her and the Arcon team was a pleasure. This is a family owned business that really cares about customer satisfaction. The end result was perfect. Arcon Roofing did not require a deposit payment. My first payment was on the day their big crew came to tear the old tiles, clean the roof and install the first layer for the inspection. They never left any mess for me to clean up after each step of the installation. Most importantly, they orchestrated the schedule in a way that I didn't have to worry about several weeks of rain on my roof without the tiles, as I've seen time and again. I know the tiles are just the last layer, but it could be nerve wrecking for homeowners to see a "bare" roof under heavy rain anyway:) I am glad I contracted with Arcon and can recommend them anytime!

The guys at Arcon Roofing roofing did a superior job. These days it’s hard to find honest roofing companies. I’m extremely happy I went with them. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I hired Arkon Roofing through my general contractor as part of my home remodel, and they installed a brand new roof on my home. Within the first year, I experienced a major leak from the chimney into my master closet, which caused damage to my bathroom ceiling.

Arkon came back multiple times over more than a year, claiming to have fixed the issue, but the leak continued. Now that I am just past the warranty, the exact same problem has resurfaced. Instead of standing behind their work, Arkon is asking me to pay additional fees to repair what should have been done correctly in the first place.

A brand new roof should not have these kinds of problems, and I am disappointed with both the quality of the work and the lack of accountability. I would strongly caution anyone considering using Arkon Roofing to think twice. I will now be hiring a new roofer and paying them to fix the problem that has existed as well as hiring drywall to make repairs to bathroom.

This summer, we completed (4) roof projects with Arcon ALL of them simultaneously. It was hands down the smoothest experience we've ever had with a contractor. From the permits, city inspections and vendor coordination Arcon gaves us a turn key experience. We were extremely happy with the quality of their work and their team. I can't say enough positive things about Sam and Doral both of them were on the project daily and handled everything with class. Arcon mobilized and communicated the exact dates and times we could expect deliveries, cranes and inspections. As a Property Manager these types of projects can be a challenge. Arcon exceeded everyone of our expectations while providing a competitive bid. Thank you to the entire Arcon team. We couldn't be happier with our new roofs.
