India the Gardenista is a ray of Sunshine--know wonder she is so gifted in the area of horticulture!! I had the pleasure of being introduced to her while accompanying my godmother for a morning pickup of her eucalyptus plants! Completely smitten by the large Turquoise planters that add to her gorgeous landscaping of her home--we were privileged to able to indulge with India in her backyard oasis! She was warm, personable, thoughtful and soo tremendously knowledgeable of everything and especially of plants! The variety of plants she spoke of ranged from Orchids, cacti & even Snake plants. Wanting a snake plant for quite some time for their spiritual benefits, I was thrilled when she showed me numerous varieties of such. I fell in love with a tall contemporary black planter, I decided on a moonshine snake plant that could grow with me, a cute melanated girl pottery piece that I repainted copper and styled her "hair with airy accessory" (also know as an air plant)! I adored a particular Succulent that I placed into a turquoise shell & had to have a Lotus flower too!! Her prices are phenomenal & she was generous with a couple gifts too!! Her wealth of knowledge is second to none. I look forward to consulting with her to create an oasis on my patio with an edible planter of herbs and fruit/veggies in the near future (she showed me examples of other clients' beautiful pieces)!!

India was preparing for one of her events in which she invites guests, provides nourishment such as soup, hummus and wine and teaches you how to make a cute piece with an air plant as a jelly fish! Despite such she was patient and ohh sooo accommodating even inviting us to return if convenient! Kudos to you Gardenista India--you are a gem indeed!!

Attended an Orchid workshop with friends this weekend to do something different and we loved it! We arrived early to shop from a variety of beautiful plants and got to hand pick our orchids before class. The class was both fun and educational, it’s so refreshing to finally get the details on how to properly care for your orchids and bring home a beautiful project and some new plants!

Attended a Staghorn Fern Workshop. Amazing food, lessons about plants- and perfect instructions/directions to complete a mounted Staghorn Fern. Looking forward to attending another workshop. GARDENISTA Jax is a bundle of energy, a wealth of knowledge and a great cook.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a staghorn fern workshop, and I must say, it was an incredibly enjoyable and educational experience. As someone who loves plants and gardening, this workshop provided me with valuable knowledge on how to mount and care for staghorn ferns.

The event itself was well-organized and had a creative atmosphere. The workshop was held in a beautiful setting with an abundance of natural light, which created a perfect ambiance for learning and working with plants. The instructor was highly knowledgeable and passionate about staghorn ferns, which made the workshop even more engaging.

During the workshop, we were provided with all the necessary materials and tools to mount our own staghorn ferns. It was incredibly rewarding to see the end result of our efforts and to take home a mounted staghorn fern that we could proudly display.

I really enjoyed my time working with India to pick out the perfect plants for my front patio. I first set up a consultation where she came to my house to see the space we had to work with. I then made an appointment to go check out all her plant babies! India is very personable and knows what she’s talking about! If you have considered working with her, I 100000 x recommend! Can’t wait to work with her to design the next spot in my house.

We met India at the fall Home & Patio Show and knew immediately we wanted to work with her. We scheduled a consultation soon after to help style our front yard, back yard and add some greenery inside. She took detailed notes of all the areas we wanted to address. Within hours after leaving our home she was already shopping for items and sending us pictures. Once we agreed on the items, she purchased them and we scheduled an installation date. The installation went beautifully and we could not be happier. India is now working on phase 2 for us. We look forward to a long relationship with Gardenista. Ordered some shampoo ginger rhizomes - was happy to pay the shipping fee. However when I promptly received my order a few short days after ordering (I am in northern kentucky), I was given so many extra rhizomes due to them feeling like they over charged me for shipping!! I am looking forward to seeing these bloom! Wonderful business, will definitely buy here first for any future plant needs ❤️ Thank you so much!

I can’t rave enough about how great it was to work with India! I am preparing to put my house on the market and India listened closely to my goals, gave great suggestions, and ultimately installed a gorgeous front bed. Her work took my curb appeal from “meh” to “WOW!”. She is prompt, easy to work with, and even took my request for a redesign (to cut cost a little) in stride and with a smile. 10/10 can recommend enough!!!

India is amazing to work with for landscaping design and installation. She designed a beautiful layout for us and made sure that it would be something we could easily maintain. She even insured our irrigations system would be sufficient to maintain the new landscaping. If you are looking for someone to help with full landscaping, or even designing some pots/arrangements for your entry way, I would 100% recommend her. Thank you India!

We recently had Gardenista Jax assist with a total overhaul of our front yard flower beds. They removed much of the builder-installed plants (while moving and repurposing a few) and purchased & installed many new plants with fresh garden soil, as well as install of mulch. We were pleased with all aspects of the project, from consult and design proposal, to timeliness of install, quality of work, and final results. I highly recommend India and her team and would use them again for future projects!

My husband and I were looking to fully transform our backyard with an outdoor kitchen and a pool area that had a resort feel. We hired India and shared our ideas and she did exactly what we asked….only better! We decided to add a fire pit and she was able to make it all flow so well by adding more beautiful planters to tie it all together. We have since had her do work in our front yard and inside of our home. She is a true artist with a wonderful staff.

Highly recommend Michael’s Land Scaping company! Michael and his crew did an extraordinary job to my backyard.
