HVAC reviews in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida

Kitchen cabinet work left fine dust around everything. HVAC duct cleaning reduced that powdery layer on dining chairs and shelves.

Very informative and knows what he is doing. Will be giving them a call again for future cleanings and inspections!

Gave me an estimate took him a month to call back came back in Nov. And said he wouldn't do it SREW ME OUT OF HEAT FOR THE WINTER

The owner was prompt very knowledgeable did a very good job cleaning my chimneys and cleaning up his mess after himself I will definitely use him again!

My air vents were nasty! These guys cleaned them up real good.

Highly recommended. Great service. Gabe showed up on time and walked me through what he was doing and explained everything thoroughly.

First thing they said they would be here at 9:00 am and at 8:59 Gabe pulled in my driveway had a fir e place and a wood stove inspection he did a great job checked from top to bottom explained everything he was doing from start to finish will be using them again in the future, Thanks

They were super cool and explained everything. My dryer's working so much better.

I do not recommend. Has a book of excuses of why he can't make it out to do job. Waiting 4 months for him to come out to install chimney cap and he cancelled AGAIN!! Never again. Been dealing with him for years and it is always this way.

Gabe inspects/cleans our chimney every year. We have never had any issues whatsoever. He is always on time and explains the inspection so we understand. He never leaves a mess he is very respectful. He never seems bothered by the dogs barking on the porch the whole time!

I have used Jim-N-I for many years - every year. I like everything about them. They are respectful of me, my house and my dogs. He goes to an effort to not leave a mess. He seems very knowledgeable about everything to do with my wood burning fireplace and chimney system. I plan to keep using him every year - forever.

I believe the mans name was Gabe that came out to my house today. He was very knowledgeable and answered every one of my million questions. We have quite a mess at the fixer up home we bought 18 months ago to say the least (more fixer up then originally planned that’s how to put it bluntly) Anyways he discussed the options with both my husband and I and we started putting a plan into action! I would give this company 10 stars if it was an option. Absolutely outstanding! We look forward to doing business with them in the future and will definitely recommend them to all our family and friends! Thanks again Gabe!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff made the experience easy and stress free.

I would love to give a good review. However I can't. They came out and looked over everything and took photos. Gave me a reasonable proposal for future work. Then nothing. I have called 3 times in the last week and left messages. I've waited for the email with photos...nothing. The owner was very knowledgeable and personable. Would have loved to have him finish the work, but he never returned the call.

This is the second time I've had Gabe to my house for chimney services. He is very punctual which I am a big fan of. He replaced my stove pipe this time, helped me decide on how to run duct work for my wood furnace, and gave me a lot of helpful information. He is a very professional, kind, and clean person. I would recommend him to anyone. I'll admit, he can be a little hard to get in touch with but I left a message and a day or two later I got a call back.

Impressed by the outstanding service from American Air Duct Cleaning Nocatee. They were prompt, friendly, and extremely detailed. My home feels fresher and cleaner. Excellent job!

The ducts of my dryer are old and very damaged, I contacted a company, they repaired the ducts of my dryer and it is as good as new, I was about to throw it away and now it is as good as new, 100% recommend

After researching several companies, I decided on this one, and I don't regret it. Their price was fair, and the quality of service was unmatched. A real relief to know my ducts are clean!
