I called Farrell Power to fix a dead circuit at my dad‘s condo. They came, diagnosed the problem, explained the problem and fixed it quickly. They were very knowledgeable, polite and professional. We paid them $225 to diagnose and fix a loose backstabbed wire in one outlet. I don’t know if that’s expensive or not, but I’m satisfied and will call them for any future electrical needs. I highly recommend them.

Farrell Power was extremely professional and easy to schedule an appointment with for the assessment/estimate. Their pricing was fair and they were able to get my sellers taken care of within two days of their initial estimate. The homeowners had great things to say about all the workers that came out to the house. They were professional men with a smile on their face while they worked. In such a emotional time as selling a home, Farrell really eased the stress! Electricians that came were good but job was not completed on time due to our lanai ceiling not being fixed by Farrell roofing who was supposed to be there the same day. Farrell themselves work well and diligently. We came to realize the lanai was contracted out and we were dependent on the subcontractors.

Seriously, one of their technicians, Rob, is just brilliant. He has been to my home several times for different electrical issues. He can literally diagnose snd repair issues in under 10 minutes. Let me also add that Reilly Barker who works in the office is fabulous. I can’t tell you how responsive, accurate and professional she is here but she is about the best office associate I’ve ever worked with. Don’t use anyone else for electrical work. There’s no one better. Seriously.

Shawn and Chris were very diligent and precise with their work. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how which gave me an ease of mind. Butch was very nice and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, did a through analysis, and then explained to me what my options were and what items we might encounter with each option. He then ended the job with setting expectations of next steps and timing. Finally we looked at one light that might be broken and included in estimate and he helped me confirm it wasn’t the fixture but my light. It couldn’t have been a better estimate experience. The crew came out on time and couldn’t be nicer. They got the job done quickly and had a great attention to detail. These guys were top notch and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shawn to anyone needing electrical work.

As usual, Farrell comes thru! Jared and Kevin arrived early, went immediately to work, found the problem and fixed it - all in under an hour. We were shocked at the low cost of this fix. If you are tempted to look for a "cheaper" fix, DON'T - Farrell is worth every penny. OH - and the guys got the boop and lick of approval from our resident doggo, Capt. Jack

Had a handful of outlets that were giving us trouble and just kept putting off getting them fixed. We’ve used Farrell to replace our main breaker in the past so we were confident they could figure this out. Peanut (Josh) and Ian showed up earlier than expected and fixed everything in a timely manner! I was working from home and was never disturbed. Both were very friendly and respectful. Everything is working perfectly. Highly recommend!
