From the moment I called I got the feeling was going to be a great experience. Got appointment for next day I was explained clearly about charges. Next day I was kept informed when Jason and his parter will be arriving. Very respectful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Our problem with our washing machine was fixed, they even “ educated “ me on how to improve the usage of our machine and keep it for many more years. They are Excellent in every aspect.

Absolutely a great experience! Jason was super knowledgeable on fixing my fridge. As he troubleshot he also kept me informed on the issue. Once the issue was found it was a quick and effective fix. My fridge is working perfectly! I am new to the area and I highly recommend this business to anyone having any fridge issues.

I came to Appliance Care after a disastrous experience with another local company in the PSL area. Upon speaking with them on the phone, I felt confident and assured that the job was going to not only get done, it was going to get done on time and professionally. My trust in people was damaged by dealing with the other company. The Appliance Care people came out in the time frame given for the estimate, diagnosed the problem, told me the timeline on getting the part, the price for the repair, and then came out on a SUNDAY to get the part installed after the horrible experience I had with the other company. They communicated with me throughout the process which is invaluable. Customer service, fair pricing, and NO BS!! I recommend them as strongly as possible if you have any issues with your fridge.
I would give 7 stars if I could!!
