Guerry, the owner of GWP Electric, was doing work across the street and I was able to schedule him to take care of a few odd electric jobs.

He is professional, efficient and completed all four tasks in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price. He took out an old Nutone intercom system, replaced the door bell utilizing the existing low voltage wiring and transformer, repaired a hanging light fixture on our 15' ceiling and replaced a ceiling fan, all in three hours.

I had a short time window to get main pool light operational. I was about done with pool renovation and thought all along I just needed light bulb only to find out 2 days before job was scheduled to end (and pool refilled) the issue was not light bulb, but something electrical. So I did a little research in Home Adviser and called GWP after seeing several of their reviews.

I called GWP Electrical and talked to Gerry (owner) about my issue with the need for an electrician to come within a 4 hour window of time 2 days later. Gerry arrived when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem (wiring issue) and had my pool light working in just over an hour. GWP charges by the hour at the same rate regardless of it being first or last hour. Gerry was timely, customer oriented, professional, and competent. He knew I was in a time pickle and probably willing to pay more to ensure the work got done. But he did not take advantage of that situation. And lastly, his hourly rate is fair and he only charged me for that first hour.

There is a discounted 50% off landscape supply pile at the back wall of the garden center. I check it regularly. I've saved hundreds. My garden is awesome.

Laminate flooring was installed in three rooms over the course of a day and a half. The installer, Jose, worked entirely on his own and delivered exceptional results. His attention to detail, work ethic, and craftsmanship were outstanding.

Worst Home Depot I have come across. Paid for window coverings and paid for the measure/install as well. Installer noticed 2 defects and informed this Home Depot. Replacements were not ordered for more than a week and now have to wait another 3 weeks!

Floor Tile :
Wife and I had been looking for a floor tile for quite sometime. We happened upon a style we liked at the Gatlin Blvd Store. A salesman named "Todd" helped us order enough for 2 rms. and it was delivered. Prior to delivery we added another room and and Todd took care of it for us. Some of them came from another strore. We ended up with 2 different lot #'s. So we had to get that straightened out and get all from 1 lot. In the middle of all of this shuffling wife and I decided if we could get all of one lot we would add room # 4. We wound up with a garage full of tile and 2 different lots.
After several phone calls to "Todd & a gentleman named "Derrick", the mess had gotten straightened out to our satisfaction. We both want the Store Mgr. to know that had it not been for "Derrick & Todd" the problem might have ended in a cancellation. Those 2 employees we feel like went above and beyond to ensure we both stayed happy and received the same lot #. The tile is installed and looks great Thanks to their diligence to Customer Satisfaction and Home Depot.
