I previously requested a service call for my new generator. I wanted to verify everything again that there’s no problems if / when u need it.
Mr. John Paul Stauffer arrived at my house as scheduled and discussed everything from start to finish pertaining to my generator, including the safe operation.
He took the generator outside and put more gas in it, ran the Generator for about 45 mins. with my AC connected and no problems.
I found Mr John Paul Stauffer friendly, professional and knowledgeable and HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and Brighter Days Electric.

My 10 year old smoke alarms started beeping. I called Brighter Days Electric who came there in 2 hours and they replaced all 5 obsolete smoke alarms with state of the art alarms. Christy who answered the phone contacted one of their techs, William, who drove directly from his completed job in Fort Pierce directly to Vero Beach. Late on a Saturday evening I smelled electrical wire burning, to my horror my electrical panel was on fire! Called the fire department and thank goodness fire was contained just to the panel! My wonderful neighbor knows the girl that works in the office at Brighter Days. Well let me tell you they had a wonderful man ( Bill) come right out to assess the situation and he was able to get me enough power to run my, AC, lights and refrigerators!! Saved me from having to go to a hotel and not to mention no loss of food! Bill gave me his personal cell number if I had any more problems to not hesitate to call him. When it came time to totally replace the electrical panel Matthew came out to do the repair as well as the owner. What an absolutely amazing company and wonderful group of people and technicians this company has. They truly are concerned about you! Excellent company! I was getting my water heater replaced when it turned out I needed to get some electrical work done for it to be safely installed. I called Brigther Days and from the phone call with Christy to my service with Don, it all went great. They were able to get me on the schedule for the same day and someone was at my house to do the fix within an hour. I may have gotten lucky with the timing, but it all went very well! I would recommend them and will be calling in the future when I need an electrician. Thank you!
