A lot of the Gold Star electric team was nice and efficient, but there was one employee, Rueben, that was being quite nasty to other employees. He seemed to give other employees the run around and seemed like he was happy with ridiculing others and making them upset as they were working. He was contradicting and argumentative and had a very hostile attitude. To be completely honest, I don’t think he should be employed as the “lead” with an attitude like that. As I said before, everyone was working efficiently and seemed to know what they were doing unless the so called “lead” made a mistake and blamed it on other employees. I don’t know how long he has been with this company, but for the sake of the other employees comfort, please do better and fire him. It’s a bad look and your employees seem miserable due to him acting like he’s higher than everyone instead of just a team leader. He is more than an issue and I’m guessing he will cost you employees at some point because of his nasty attitude. I personally wouldn’t want to work with someone that acts like a high school bully, seems to be immature in the way he carries himself, and was pleased to make others upset.

Paola is excellent! She is the first person you speak to on the phone. She returns calls and sends emails promptly with answers to all your questions and concerns. Scott Watts is also excellent! He came to my home for my project estimate. He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable (he understood what I wanted even when I didn't use the correct technical terms). He explained to me what needs to be done and the best price option. I would of given 5 stars except for 2 things: 1. When the electrician showed up he started his work asap, he had to go back to the office to get something to be fixed. I did not know what time he came back, fixed it and left (he did not ring my bell to let me know he was done and for me to check that everything was working and I was satisfied). And 2. Its very, very hard to call the office on Mondays. It's buzzy most of the day. I have used Goldstar Electric, Inc. for 2 jobs already, and will use them for my next job in the future (my shed). I highly recommend them!!!!!
