I highly recommend imperium electric and Chris. Chris did a great job installing an additional outlet for our second Tesla. Chris is very professional and does great work!!!

After a bad expeience with another vendor, I called Imperium Electrical. From the moment Anabelle answered the phone until the technician Chris left after completing the work on our generator, I could not be more pleased. Anabelle was wonderful in sending me the maintenance agreement, scheduling an appointment around my needs and acknowledging payment (which they make easy to accomplish). And when Chris arrived, exactly on time, he was a joy: personable, professional and clearly good at is job and insuring that my generator was not only in good working order, but also cleaned and working to specification. And their pricing was quite reasonable as well. I am pleased to say that not only have I found a company I trust with my Generac whole house generator, but I know who I will be calling if I need electrical or plumbing work around my home. And I look forward to seeing Chris in six months for our next prevenative maintenance. Imperium is what customer service and care should be but so often is not.

Have used Imperium for many electrical projects in our home. They are simply the best, especially Chris. He is always prompt, professional, clean, and courteous in addition to being an excellent electrician!

I had a water heater replaced and needed additional electrical work done as well. This company, from the office person to the workers and owner, were more than helpful. They got right to the point, explained everything and did quality work in a very timely manner. They were also significantly lower in pricing than other companies that gave me pricing. And they cleaned up after themselves! I highly recommend!

Chris came to appointment on time. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable as well! 5 out 5 stars! Will use them again!

Company responded to my review below as you can see. They did NOT text or reach out to me after my initial outreach - I checked my phone repeatedly. I requested to complete the work stated over time in sections for financial reasons which I told them but they wanted to complete it all at once. Basically you are only worth their time if you are rich and if you are not this is what you get. The technician did show up at my house after I told them I wanted nothing to do with them due to their unprofessional behavior. I stated I no longer needed their services and found another company. Feedback is incorrect and company is again lying! Smh
I contacted this company and spoke to George who provided estimates on grounding and repairing my breaker panel. George requested to do all work at once which I declined due to the cost. George reported scheduling me for grounding and advised I would receive a confirmation call. I received no call with a no show. I called the day of and was advised I was not added to the schedule because it was not worth it to service my home for such a small job. My concern is then why lie and say that it was scheduled? Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Nick came to my house and did an awesome job installing extra electric plug in my garage and Chris in the office was courtesy and got me an appointment that suited my schedule. These guys always do a good job with high class.

Today Imperium sent Chris to fix our generator. This generator has never worked since the day we bought it. Chris fixed it and for the first time I feel confident it will work when we need it. I'm so glad generac recommended this company. I can't express how thankful we are for him being so knowledgeable and friendly. You have a regular customer now with us!!!

Chris is always my go to when it comes to anything electric! Super reliable and I refer all my clients to him! He’s done all my fans, tvs and lighting and recently saved my Christmas tree after it burned out an outlet!

Installer were prompt and respectful of my property. They did a neat clean job installing. George was excellent he troubleshot the transfer switch only to find a 12 v wire in the Generator harness had popped out of a connector. Then George tested the Generator and switch showing me it worked and explained the controls. Excellent experience and I’d recommend Imperium to anyone

I purchased two ceiling fans from Home Depot and my ceilings are 10 and 15 ft high. Imperium Electric was recommended by Home Depot to help with the install. A quick call to them and a appointment was setup. The electrician was prompt and he installed both fans including paring the fans remote controls. He was very courteous and cleaned up everything prior to leaving. I was very impressed with the work and what I was charged. I will definitely use this company again.

I have a generator maintenance contract with Imperium, and they are always on top of things, keeping my generator in great operating condition! Chris is always professional and very knowledgeable.
