William O’Donnell was the most unreliable workman we have ever had the misfortune to employ. Steer clear of him. No need for me to write my own detailed experience with his many, many missed appointments. I had the very same experience as one of the other previous posters, Sandra. Dozens of missed appointments with no explanations. And, during the landscape lighting job we hired him to do, on several occasions he sent his unlicensed, unsupervised young “helper” when William was not available. William could not even get a timer he purchased for us to operate the lights to work after repeated attempts!!! Hire someone else; this guy is not someone you want to do electrical work on your home.

William O’Donnell of MakeItHappen Electrical Services is a great person to have take care of all our electrical needs. He has done several jobs for us in 2020 & 2021. We are completely satisfied with his company’s service. Highly recommended.

This kid robbed me. Took my money to order a surge protector and never returned.
He asked me to send the money to his father’s business for some reason and now none of them will return my money or do the work. I’ve tried to be patient, compassionate and understanding but that hasn’t worked.

Worst experience ever of all places we’ve lived! Unreliable, never shows up on agreed time, took money for parts, and EIGHT weeks later nothing! He has 1000’s of excuses, poor pitiful me, not even sure of work he did do being up to code. I’m having reliable handyman come out soon, and see if what he did was even safe! He’s whiny and not professional at all. Please consider anyone else to do your work.

Great building, excellent addition to the ever-growing tradition area, but needs better product specialists and managment that actually knows how the warehouse works and communicate with customers. Lots of potential, just needs direction

The overall design of this building is aesthetically pleasing. The building adds architectural value to the area while going against all of the stereotypes associated with a large scale warehouse or manufacturing facility. Tampico has established the standard that any future large scale facility needs to adhere to.

Thoroughly impressed by them. We did a tour and the level of innovation and responsiveness to contractors is unmatched. On top of that they are bringing manufacturing back to the grear state of Florida! They should become a model for others. The production manager is now one of the most interesting people I've met in my life. A real American success story all around. I'll be using their products whenever possible from now on.

Arrived for my pickup around 6 pm that was scheduled for the next day at 8am, loaded me up that evening shortly after I arrived!!! Wish the majority of shippers were like that!! If you're here and we have time... Load up 'em up and keep it moving less work for the next day. Plenty of space for quiet, peaceful over night parking. PLEASE DRIVERS DON'T MESS THAT UP WITH YOUR THRASH!!!!! They have plenty of rubbish bins and dumpsters.
