Cuesta's is an excellent company to handle your air conditioning needs. Every employee you deal with from the beginning with your initial call, the service team and the owner Dennis are professional, responsive and trustworthy. When are our AC was not working properly the technician explained our options and gave us the price for repair or replace. We did not feel pressured in what our decision should be. Our questions were answered in a manner we understood. We decided to replace our unit. The price was reasonable, the installation was done timely and with expertise. At completion, Dennis, the owner, came to inspect the work. He makes you feel like a valued customer. We have been using this company for 2 years and will continue to be a customer.
