We had new Carrier A/C system installed in only one day. Everything went as planned. They even removed my attic ladder (my Air Handler is in the attic) and re-installed it. John McCormack did a great job during the proposal process. He is very good technically, which is what I needed to make my selection. He was able to answer all my questions before, during and after the installation.

We had a great experience all around. The 2 different people I spoke to over the phone were very helpful and informative. The technician who was sent to do the diagnostic work and do a check up on our AC unit was very thorough, professional and patient with all my questions. He did a very good job and really took his time recalibrating the thermostat after all the cleaning. In addition to that he installed ultraviolet lights and a Reme Halo for us. He went above and beyond and I was very happy with the service preformed. Thank you so much for the excellent and professional service!

I used Lauren of Lindstrom Air to conduct maintenance on the air conditioner.
She was on time and very knowledgeable. Also, she was very neat, which is important to me as well.
Lindstrom clean the inside coils outside coils as well as checking all the components to make sure the air conditioner is running order. Lastly, they clean the drain line and put tablets into the coil tray to reduce bacteria buildup and slime.
I recommend this company and ask for Lauren she’s the best.
