Austin was very professional and knowledgeable. However, I was told my 9 year old AC had a leak in the coil and it’s not worth repairing, instead to purchase a brand new AC for only $10K. It sounds good if you have the money but I’m a single mom so that wasn’t an option for me. My friend recommended her AC guy that has owned his business for two decades and he came out and did not see a leak just added Freon for $315. It’s been a week and no issues. I’m thankful for honest people who just don’t see dollar signs.

After losing a/c late at night, Ted came to us first thing in the morning, and got the drain cleaned out, and the a/c up and running. He was most polite and professional. Good service from a nice repairman!
