I have used Subzero for over 10 years. Jeff and Natalie are honest, knowledgeable, and responsive when I have needed help with my A/C. I trust them and highly recommend them.

I called Subzero for a second opinion as the first company I called instantly wanted to replace my 11 year old system and all I needed was a part. I am so glad that I did as they were prompt and knowledgeable and got me up and running same day. The other thing that was in their favor was they had my part as the other company said they didn't know if they could get my part. I will recommend them to my friends and family and will be using them in the future. Thank you!!!

I trust Jeff Gauthier ,the owner of subzero!! For many reasons!! I am a contractor and I know how important it is to have responsible ,reliable subcontractors, that warranty their work!! And someone that can get the job immediately!! I asked Jeff G. to design a system, for a house I was building for my mother!! Normally he does service work, but is licensed to do all A/C work!! Anyway he took on the job!! That was 13yrs. ago! My trane system ,has had no flaws!! It is serviced 2 times per year and the service fee is very , reasonable! $60 per service!! The warranty on my trane is 10yrs..!! The duct system that subzero designed, is very efficient!! The temperature in the house is always comfortable!! There was one problem, lighting caused a power surge,and blew fan motor,in the air handler!!! I called subzero they came out in 2hrs, found problem,the parts were delivered, in 1-1/2hrs.!! When subzero left, was when the job was done! That day and immediate service!! I was only out of A/C for a few hours!!! Subzero and its owner are the best A/C contractors you will ever find!!!

I have been using SubZero for years. Jeff, the owner has kept my old air conditioner running, but it finally gave out. I now have a new air conditioner that is wonderful. Jeff is professional, and makes sure everything is done right. Wouldn't use anyone else.

We have been dealing with Subzero for 14 yrs or more and they have always been quick, fair and friendly with us. Recently we have had a battle with TRANE about our system and they were there to fight with us and that was appreciated and does not happen often with companies. Jeff & Natalie will always go out of their way to assist in anyway they can.

Simply the best Business the area. Jeff is totally reliable and superbly knowledgeable. Prompt and dependable, even on holidays....amazing service. Plus Natalie is a pleasure to work with. I can't think of a better alternative to Sub Zero...it's simply not possible.

They have done a great job on our annual maintenance every year. They just installed two complete HVAC systems. They did a fantastic job. Professionals in every sense. When they leave, job site is immaculate. Highly recommend in.

As usual, Jeff and Natalee of Subzero appeared at my home without delay to investigate the problem with my air conditioning unit. They dug in, found the problem and worked until the problem was remedied. They are smart, straight forward and honest. Use Subzero when the time arises(it will!).

Jeff has been servicing my ac units in 3 of my houses for the last 10+ years. He installed a Trane system and multiple UV lights. I always get prompt service and have peace of mind knowing that any work is done right the first time and that quality parts are used. Save some time and make your first and last call to Subzero.

Jeff also now takes care of our townhome a/c system. He found a problem with our coil that the builder missed and even got it covered under their warranty!

Jeff has serviced our AC&Heating system for over 15 years in three different locations within PGA. He is OUTSTANDING and always has fixed our problems and kept us from having to buy a new unit. He is very professional, friendly and extremely dependable. I would highly recommend him for any heating and cooling problems.

Jeff has been taking care of my home ac for 3 years and my office for the last 10 years. He is a true professional and performs outstanding work. His prices are fair and always shows up as promised. If you need a reliable ac company to resolve your problem I would highly recommend Jeff.

Jeff and Natalie showed up right on time. Our floors were protected. They worked from 8-5 to install our new air conditioning unit. Cleanup was perfect. They called to make sure all was working.

Subzero Cooling and Heating is the only company I’ll ever use for my AC service.

Previously I was paying Elite for almost 2 years of service. My AC stopped working and I called Elite. Elite spent 4 days trying to troubleshoot why my 3 year old AC unit was not working. Elite sent out 4 AC technicians and 2 electrician technicians and they still could not fix the problem. While the Elite AC tech and the electrician tech were outside working on the unit, I called subzero cooling and heating for a second opinion. Jeff came to the house from Subzero Cooling and found the problem within 5 minutes!! The problem was identified and solved within 20 minutes!

4 AC technicians and 2 electricians could not figure out in 4 days what Jeff at Subzero Cooling and Heating was able to identified in FIVE MINUTES!!

Don’t waste your time, money and hot air on other companies. My family, kids, and 170lb dog spent 4 days without AC because I was a loyal customer to Elite…waiting for them to get my newly installed AC fixed. NEVER AGAIN.
