Don't recommend using this company!!
- Scheduled the initial appointment and they called me that day and asked to reschedule.
- The next day the tech (who was at my house for a total of 10 minutes) said I had a freon leak but would need to come back another day to check for other leaks and reset my unit. He said I would be charged the $65 service fee for showing up that day and would be charged another $65 for coming out again. The tech called the owner (per my request) to clarify why I would be charged two service charges (since they weren't prepared to fix the problem on the same day).
-The owner was VERY unprofessional, using profanity and inappropriate language. He must not have realized the tech had him on speaker phone because he told him to "blow up my ac unit if he had the chance."
-Overall, the customer service was terrible. Charging to show up for a service that they are not able to complete.. And then charging again when they return is not acceptable!! -

I have used Subzero for over 10 years. Jeff and Natalie are honest, knowledgeable, and responsive when I have needed help with my A/C. I trust them and highly recommend them.

I called Subzero for a second opinion as the first company I called instantly wanted to replace my 11 year old system and all I needed was a part. I am so glad that I did as they were prompt and knowledgeable and got me up and running same day. The other thing that was in their favor was they had my part as the other company said they didn't know if they could get my part. I will recommend them to my friends and family and will be using them in the future. Thank you!!!
