When we discovered our 15 year old ac system needed to be replaced, we decided to get a couple of estimates. The ac company we had dealt with for over 25 years gave us an estimate but based on the great reviews we saw for Tracy Steele on the internet we decided to get their estimate as well.
We were totally impressed with Daniel, the son of Tracy Steele, who came to look at our current system. He spent time with us to explain in detail what his ac team would do. My husband asked many questions, which Daniel explained patiently. It was an easy decision! We chose Tracy Steele.
The day of the installation there was " an extreme heat" advisory! The "real" feel was 114 degrees and our ac handler was in the attic!!! Travy Steele sent 4 installers so that the installer in the attic could have extra help. We were so impressed with these men. What an awesome job. They were friendly, professional, and efficient.
Kevin, the other brother, who was the installer in the attic (!) explained in detail the system when they were done. Awesome young man.
Great installation! We are totally impressed. We wish had known about them years ago!

Recently my 9 year old A/C stopped cooling. I called Tracy Steele based on neighbor recommendations and their excellent google reviews. Kevin, one of the owners, came over with a tech within a couple of hours of my call to take a look. After some testing, he diagnosed the problem to be a large leak in the evaporator coil which could not be repaired. He explained the problem to us in detail. Since the system was no longer in warranty, it became clear that a new system would be the best value. Kevin provided an estimate on a replacement. We scheduled the job to be done a couple of days later. The crew showed up as scheduled, and the job was completed a few hours later. The crew was very experienced and worked well together and made sure that the installation was done perfectly. Kevin stopped over to make some final adjustments and answer my questions about operation and settings. Tracy Steel's positive reputation on social media is well deserved, and I highly recommend their services. Thank you for a job well done!
