I have had this company clean my office space for years. Then we went home due to Covid. I needed a full clean when getting back to the office and of course, they did not disappoint. Their prices are fair and extremely reasonable but most of all, the service is exemplary! Reach out to Luis or Cao for any cleaning needs!

We hired Cao and his team last year when we moved into our building and their service has been nothing but impeccable, they are reliable and go above and beyond, we have never had any issues or complaints. I would highly recommend them if your looking for a professionalcleaning team.

Overall I can't recommend this company in PSL. As a manager of a small medical office I would say that my experience with this company was not very pleasant.

The cleaners did a good job which is where my stars go to, when they came, and mostly did as I asked in regards to what and where I wanted cleaned and not cleaned. I don't blame them for anything as I understand how communication can go between management and workers and small details can slip through the cracks. When I pointed out things I wanted cleaned to them in person they were very obliging and my floors were never sticky when I walked in the next day.

However, communication was not well done and scheduling seemed to be whenever the manager/company decided to do so. Management was polite in person and on the phone but did not respond well when asked for accountability about missing cleanings and more communication about what days and times the cleaners would be in. (I received no set days or times despite making clear what times our office was open and what day and time I wanted, Multiple times.) The cleaners arrived during work hours and were unable to come back after close. I waited 3 weeks for a cleaning that was supposed to be biweekly.

It was a frustrating experience and I wouldn't recommend if you want a consistent cleaner with polite, open communication.
