We hired Nozzle Nolen in November 2024, as it turned out the house we purchased a few months prior had a rat problem. In the beginning, they were consistent. Once the original technician left the company, our service truly went downhill. They would say they’d be back on X date, and never show up. They’d only eventually come out once we reached back out to them. They could never find out how they were getting in, and the traps were constantly being set off and not trapping anything. We eventually became fed up with the lack of consistency, communication and progress, and wanted to speak to a manager. As it turns out, the manager was the guy that was coming to our home (strange as you’d think a manager would be on top of things) We eventually got to speak to Scott, the regional manager, who I expressed I wanted some type of refund as it had been 6 months and we had no improvement as they clearly couldn’t get it figured out. He said he would get back to me, and then proceeded to inform us that “we are confident that the services provided were completed in accordance with our standards and agreed-upon terms”, even though in the contract it states they guarantee their work. Now that we have hired a capable company, they have trapped several rats in the one week that we’ve started service with them, and traps aren’t just being randomly set off (he even installed a camera in our attic, so I know he’s telling the truth)
Long story short, do further research, ask your local community for recommendations, and don’t go with Nozzle Nolen. Unless you want to end up paying double for a service when you have to hire a second company when they fail. This review may get lost in the sea of positive reviews that their technicians continually ask for when they start your services, but I hope it atleast steers one person in a different direction so they don’t have to go through the financial strain and struggle that we have had to endure.
EDITED TO ADD: Responding to this review was just a formality. While Holly wasn’t unkind to me, absolutely nothing came of it except for wasting my time as well as hers. They refuse to accept they did a poor job, and even allege they offered to pay for a smoke test (which never happened) even though two separate plumbing companies told us it was not possible due to how our home is piped (which I told them)

New construction behind our house & lots of rain lately has drawn in some gross pests! I looked at reviews & called Nozzle Nolen who was able to have someone come immediately! Kevin Oneil came out and did a thorough walk around and treatment, he was polite and informative! I'm so thankful for quick and thorough treatment.

I received great service from Daniel Z. He shows up prepared, communicates clearly, and follows through. You can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way.

Kevin came to my mom's house and did a thorough inspection. He was very honest and knowledgeable . I felt very comfortable with the treatment we decided on. I would recommend Nozzle Nolen to anyone who asks. You're extra lucky if Kevin does the inspection !

Best company ever Daniel z did amazing work he was quick with the work and did a great job my pattio had wasps and he got rid of them.

Kevin gave me an estimate for termite prevention. So nice and personable. Not pushy at all. Highly recommend this company for all pest control issues.

UPDATED - thank you so much Kevin for fixing the problem. I absolutely love the customer service and how quickly the problem was fixed and some cleaning solution was even left for us to use. Thanks for showing us what would work and use for things in the future :) - PAST complaint - fixed - I spoke to the guy doing it before after our pool got finished a few months ago. Told him he could not go over the deck or next to the pool with the chemicals as it would ruin it- which the pool company told me. Today he came and he went right over the deck and the chemicals were spilling out. My husband tried to clean the deck and it is not coming off. We have cameras all around our house so we watched it.

Damian actually asked questions and listens. He addresses our concerns and is always extra courteous and respectful.

We have worked with many companies and I can truly say that Nozzle Nolen has been one of the best. Our technician Damian Sandoval is always professional and helpful.

This was the scariest time for me. My husband was out of town and I found out that we had bedbugs. Kevin came and his care and professionalism made me feel so good. I knew I was in good hands. I had interviewed several other companies but none were as thorough as Kevin. He gave me his number and I am embarrassed to say I called him several times and he was always patient and made me feel at ease. Bedbugs gone and I can’t thank him enough for helping me through this ordeal.

We’ve been using Nozzle Nolen for over 15 years for our primary home in West Palm Beach and just purchased another home in Vero. Kevin (Service Manager) came and did our initial treatment and set up. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend this company!

The service technician, Damian, always arrives during the time frame given. He is very attentive to any issues or concerns we have had and immediately resolved them during his visit.

Kevin O’Doherty was incredible. He spent a good deal of time looking around and through our home for termites and gave us a very detailed analysis of our termite circumstances.
