Irvin came to my house to sevice my water heater. From the time he showed up he was very professional. He was very knowledgeable, and helpfull. he was reasonably priced. Kevin Johnson. We called Hedden yesterday to fix a broken plumbing on/off switch leading to my washing machine. Plumber arrived on time, provided us with available options for fixing the problem and stayed until the job was completed. NOTE: the drywall behind the washer had to be cut to access the valves. The plumber neatly cut out only as much drywall as was necessary which should make repairing the drywall easy. I could not have been more pleased with his professionalism, thoughtfulness and efficiency. I would not hesitate to contact Hedden again in future for any plumbing issues.
