They wanted to charge me $485 (+/- the $69 service fee) to replace 2 leaking 90's. The wall was already gone and clean. Alex estimated using 8 joints and 3 ft of cpvc pipe for repair. I refused to pay such a high amount for an hours labor and 8 .30¢ parts. I don't mind paying a premium for speed and experience, but this was not a job deserving of $500. I reluctantly agreed to pay the service fee since I did call them. They did decide to not charge me since I refused their highly unreasonable quote
Side note. Alex was a kind and friendly technician, who I'm sure was more than capable in fixing my issue... It also wasn't Alex who determined the price. As he made me aware, all of the pricing is in their book.

Erik was quick with the diagnosis of our leak. He arrived well within the time frame. The charge fees, not by the hour rates.

I Need The Plumber are very reliable and came ASAP. They were also very customer service friendly. Derrick was very knowledgeable and very friendly, he went above and beyond. I was very grateful that he came and rescued us from our plumbing disaster! I would highly recommend to everyone.
