I was so happy with their fast response time and quick service. Little did I know that the pump out wouldn't even last 2 months. I called to see why. They basically told me that I had to pay them to do it again. This is the same tactic another company used on me a few years ago. Be forewarned.

One of our offices is located in Port St. Lucie and we use Coast Pump to purchase water softener salt and pumps as a general rule. We cover the state of Florida and used CP in Rivera Beach today. The salt was $ 1.00 more at PSL and when questioned about it they claim a different salt that costs more. I asked to get it at the same price that I paid for a pallet 2 hours prior in Rivera Beach. They told me as a customer to go back to Rivera Beach. I'll be sure to share my experience I've had in PSL. Asked for mgmt call they told me to go elsewhere. Which I did! They don't care about your business and that long term relationship.

PSL WATER GUY uses coast pump for most of my cleaner healthier water supplies. The counter staff Marcus is extremely accommodating. Always making sure I have what I need to help family's with their water qualities. Thank you coast pump -
