Our home's attic was thoroughly inspected by Robert from ZND-AA Roofing Services. He examined our heating and cooling systems, including radiation barriers, insulation, and attic ventilation. He talked about how energy efficiency upgrades can stop the formation of mold. In order to prevent black mold and subsequent mold cleanup, Robert suggested doing a mold check. It was evident that he was a specialist in mold removal.Provides thorough assessments and frank guidance. For radiant barriers, heating and cooling systems, attic inspection, insulation improvements, and mold avoidance, I heartily suggest them.

Mike and ZND-AA Roofing Services team are awesome. When I initially met with him, he was honest and told me the roof only needed repair. I decided to do a total attic replacement, no one could have done, and also they do Attic maintenance, a better job. It's perfect in every way. He's the best contractor, total transparency in everything, pictures through the whole job, work site is kept very clean, and the best part he is someone you can trust. I highly recommended!

Very pleased with the job that Marzo Roofing did replacing my 20 yr. old roof, I had gotten about 8 estimates & Marzo was very competitive price wise, offered the most sheets of ply wood & fascia material included in the price. Some of my other estimates were ridiculous in comparison. The Crew, Foreman, Supervisor, Salesman & Office Staff, were great, very helpful & very professional. My roof was originally done by Marzo in 2003, and proved to be a quality roof and great experience. This year, 2024 I did not hesitate to call and get a quote from Marzo. They were efficient in responding to the request, sent Zach out who was thorough in inspecting our roof, and efficient in providing a very reasonable quote. A few things that were not offered during the quote were colored metal or an attic fan. One of the project managers suggested the attic
fan while I was in their office paying the initial deposit. The time from the contract to start of work was very quick and efficient. The pride the workers took in doing a good job, keeping my property safe, and making accommodation for my large dog was impressive. My experience with Marzo
roofing office and Evelyn was terrible. They say their office hours are 8-430-however, getting in touch with Eveylyn by phone was impossible, and seeing her in the Office was rare. She emailed project requests that were vague like"come anytime after 12" then calls you at 3 to tell you she is leaving at 330. you can't call the office directly-calls go to answering service. The entire project from contract signing to closing was handled willy nilly with no respect for my time. Basic business etiquette of calling and setting.up.appointments or being available in the Office during business hours 8-4 did not happen. She would email updates but not respond to emailed questions promptly. Twice she expected me to come to the office after 12 but gave me.now idea what time was ideal. Anytime I went to the office, she was not there. It was brought to my attention "she works mainly from home". My impression, another employee post covid that wants to stay home despite the needs of the business. She will offer to come to your house to pick up checks and complete forms but you have to go back and forth with email after email to secure a time. I felt like getting.final.payment to her was like pulling teeth. Marzo has been in business for a long time but the psl.office does not go out of their way nor follow basic business principles for customer service. I asked to speak to her manager and never received a response. Be prepared to ask a lot of questions and navigate your own way through the process.

Let me start off by saying this company went above and beyond for helping me with my roofing needs. I asked for an estimate they next day they were there promptly with a fair estimate. They finished the job within a few days. They were professional and friendly I would recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you Marzo Roofing!!

The project manager James came to do some touch up work and he did a fantastic job, he kept me in the loop as far as when he would arrive Explained everything and his personality was amazing.

The budget was reasonable, they process loans , they use quality materials and the work is done in an orderly manner, making sure everything is in order and clean at the end. Marzo Roofing is a fantastic roofing company! They managed to apply for the city permit, replace the old roof, install the new one in a very reasonable time. There was daily cleaning during the installation and the communication was phenomenal. The whole team was very pleasant.

I called for a repair estimate and the assistant Jocelyn was very helpful she advised me not to worry and that Alex would come by later that afternoon. Alex came out the same day he was very knowledgeable an gave me extra insight on the issue at hand. It was fairly priced & repaired within the same week. I was very satisfied with the end result and was very impressed with how they cleaned up behind themselves very professional, I would and have recommended there services to family as well as friends.

From initial estimate to completion, Marzo Roofing was professional, courteous and delivered a quality product on schedule. Bottom line is they did what they said they were going to do and when they were going to do it. They addressed a couple of minor concerns That I had during the Existing roof removal process promptly, and the installation crew did a great job!
