We had a soft start installed on our AC and plug for our generator.. although they had some trouble getting the correct interlock for our panel they were quick to reorder the correct one and was extremely polite…. easy to get in touch with if you have any questions..

We have had other electric companies out to do repair jobs at our condo property. They would show up late or not at all.
Jeff Master’s company showed up early both days they were on property and completed the jobs without any issues.
Jeff and his workers were professional and focused. The price they charged was very reasonable and competitive.

Malik was polite and thorough. Fixed my problem by finding a reset button on my garbage disposal. Total cost $200. Did not care for cost.

We were very impressed by the professionalism of Ray, he did such a good job wiring our new place, on time when he said he would be there, answered all the questions we had. Very detailed and made sure Everything was working correctly before leaving. We had Ryan working there one day and he was also very good.

Fabian was courteous and competent. However my appointment was scheduled for 7:30 but he arrived at 8:20. He completed his installations in an hour but I was billed for 2 1/2 hours plus a service fee. I appreciate the need to cover travel time but this seemed excessive.

Very professional company, knowledgeable technicians, reasonable pricing. My problem was water was getting into the electrical panel only when it rained. A number of other companies had looked at the problem and were unable to solve the problem, Jeff Masters Electric Inc solved my problem.

Ryan and Ray did a wonderful job at my house. Ray install my charging unit for my car and also install the correct circuit breaker. Ryan replaced to of my light fixtures to led. Both Ryan and Ray did a very nice job!

Hired Jeff Masters electric for a panel replacement and a generator house wiring.
Not an easy install, spoke with Zack numerous times regarding this project over the last few weeks. He visited the project and would always take my call, very informative and knowledgeable. The three technicians arrived as promised, and completed the project in a professional manner. Removed all debris, and finished by days end, again as promised. It’s rare you find a company like this with such a sense of pride and respect for the customer.

Awesome. As advertised. Would definitely recommend. Zach is great! Had them install a 50amp transfer switch for hurricane/storm outages. And a soft start for the AC unit as well.
