Introduced to Victory KDD through our contractor due to some issues we had with staining of our luxury flooring on installation.

Luis (owner) was extremely quick in setting appointment with me to cover scope of our project. He took the time to walk me through the options we had and how to proceed. We were scheduled within 48 hours and the communication on when/how was excellent.

Kevin (the tech who did the actual work) was right on time for our appointment. He also detailed the steps he would take to maximize results for our project.

When he was finished he walked me through exactly what he did. And provided directions to help us keep our floors looking top-shape.

The floors look incredible and we couldn't be happier with the ease of working with Victory KDD Cleaning.

I asked for an estimate to do some landscaping and some pavers. I was told the estimate would be sent by email the next day. It has been a week, amd I have heard nothing. I guess my job was too small, but it would have been much better to be told that up front.

Turned our condo property around. Our lawn looked dead and bushes look withered. Our residents did nothing but complain about our old service. When BB took over things turned around almost overnight. At this years annual meeting the board received only praise for our landscaping.

Called for a tree removal since I had a tree that was diseased . They squeezed me in & I was happily surprised at how professional all the employees were. Cleaned up all the debris , the stump & the area looks great. Thank you for a job well done.

We moved out of state and hired them to mow for us. When we visited we found that they were not mowing but sending us bills for the services which we were paying assuming the work was being done. Do not trust them if you live out of town! Grass was knee high no weed eating or any type of lawn care was being done but was being charged $80 a month. Realtors called to let us know . Good way to find out.

A substantial section of our yard needed to be re-sodded. Beautiful Boundaries gave us a reasonable quote and did the work professionally. Some pieces of the sod did not take and Beautiful Boundaries replaced them with no problems.

They did a great job replacing my mulch with rock and installing a new tree. Cleaned up the area afterward. An excellent overall job. I would highly recommend using Beautiful Boundaries!

I am very pleased with the job they did on the front entrance at Prairie Creek Park. From planning to installation they were always professional. Armando and the crew were easy to work with and they worked hard. I would highly recommend them.

I reached out to this business for a simple corner accent fencein order to keep out problemaric neighbors who constantly trespass. They came out within a week. I already had my zoning papers from the county hoping to speed things up. It has been over one month and I have never heard or seen from the guy EVER AGAIN! My experience with this this company is TERRIBLE! It was a very simple and easy task for such a business. Apparently, not worth their time to even call back or acknowledge potential future customers, as I had future plans to be done as well. It will NOT be happening from this company/business. Lesson learned though! If you want something done right DO IT YOURSELF!

Hard working crews...demolition, and curbing. Good workers and good results.
Communication with management needs significant improvement. No calls to advise of delays. For example...'Hi looks like we'll be there on Monday as we discussed two weeks ago.' or 'Hi the crew will be there on xxx to continue the job.' or 'Won't be able to make on Fri or Sat as I said we would...see you Monday.'

Will see how the concrete lasts.

What an awesome company! They came out quickly and were very professional--got the landscaping and irrigation done in no time. A special shout out to Vicki in the office. She kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them!

Just worked with Greg to redo our front landscaping. All went well and looks good. I have had a few questions and concerns after the landscaping was done. Greg always responded quickly and corrected whatever issue I thought we were having...whether it was really an issue or not. :o) I would certainly use Beautiful Boundaries again.
