I was given a price for replacing all my air conditioner duct work from Executive. I was informed the job would take one day. Both the price and the labor was correct. The two guys that did the tear out and install were both polite and professional. The installers found a vent that wasn't opened all the way and actually worked fix the vent and now I have a lot more air in that room. The installers cleaned up as they went and laid blankets down to keep debris and other particles from landing on the floor or other areas. I would use them again.

Our Air Conditioner went out on a 92 degree day with 80% humidity. Executive gave a same day window of 6-8pm. I was happy about same day service. The tech was actually EARLY and had it fixed within 15 minutes. Tech, Charlie H. was polite and patient with my crazy rescue dog.

The technician who service our air conditioning/heating system arrived promptly on time, was very knowledgeable and able to answer several questions that I had concerning the systems. He went about his job checking out both of the systems that are in my house. In addition he was very polite and restored everything to it’s original condition before he left, and all in all did a great job to my great satisfaction! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that might be interested. They’ve been providing service to me for approximately 10 years and during that. I am nothing but praise for the work they do.
