I was given a price for replacing all my air conditioner duct work from Executive. I was informed the job would take one day. Both the price and the labor was correct. The two guys that did the tear out and install were both polite and professional. The installers found a vent that wasn't opened all the way and actually worked fix the vent and now I have a lot more air in that room. The installers cleaned up as they went and laid blankets down to keep debris and other particles from landing on the floor or other areas. I would use them again.

Our Air Conditioner went out on a 92 degree day with 80% humidity. Executive gave a same day window of 6-8pm. I was happy about same day service. The tech was actually EARLY and had it fixed within 15 minutes. Tech, Charlie H. was polite and patient with my crazy rescue dog.

The technician who service our air conditioning/heating system arrived promptly on time, was very knowledgeable and able to answer several questions that I had concerning the systems. He went about his job checking out both of the systems that are in my house. In addition he was very polite and restored everything to it’s original condition before he left, and all in all did a great job to my great satisfaction! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that might be interested. They’ve been providing service to me for approximately 10 years and during that. I am nothing but praise for the work they do.

They completed a full system heating and cooling installation in one day. All employees were very polite and professional. They came with a four person crew and intermittent supervisor visits. Stayed with the job later than usual hours as they needed to solve a number of electrical issues related to our fuse box, old wire to the thermostat and even the power box on the street. But had system all working before they left and still cleaned up the job site before leaving.

Executive initially installed my unit I was happy with the price and installation I decided to stick with Executive for 6 month maintenance it was a wise choice both cost and not having to schedule my maintenance. Executive has continued to service the unit I am happy with the professional service and price. A shot out to a great company and great employees. Thanks! Very prompt, responded right away when we called, had a tech out to the house within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us several options, and even recommendations to improve system performance. Office was very courteous, kept us informed on status and within a few hours of receiving the part had a tech out to us and system up running better than before. Have used them several times and always had great service, would definitely recommend them!!

Very professional. Owner actually came out to give free estimate! Fair pricing! Great communication and timely. Additionally, it’s a Trane AC system.

The answering service reported my problem to the office and gave me options. I didn’t realize the after hours charge was the same as next day .
The office staff called early the next morning and were great to schedule my repair.
Thomas communicated his timely arrival. He answered all my questions , let me tag along to learn and was efficient in getting my unit working.
I’m also Glad I’m on a biannual maintenance program with them .

Great job Executive Air

Executive does a great job every time. The technician was professional and did a thorough job. He showed me the test results and explained everything. After the service call I was walking my two dogs and they got excited about a dog across the road and in the chaos I dropped a leash and our little one ran across the road in the path of a truck. I was sure he would be hit but the driver stopped in the nick of time. Turns out it was the technician from Executive after another service call! The young man was driving responsibly and had the awareness and fast reflexes to stop in time. Five stars are not enough!

Prompt professional service every time! I've had a couple problems with my unit and each time they have shown up quickly, on time, and took care of the issues. They've taken the time to explain and have been very courteous and respectful. Strongly recommend!

The technician came at the time I was told he would be here for my scheduled 6-month maintenance. He was very knowledgeable. He checked everything out thoroughly and made sure everything was running correctly before he left.

Tom arrived promptly and professionally and we ordered a top quality Trane AC. The removal of our old AC unit and instillation of our new unit was done efficiently in one day. We can’t believe how well our new AC is working. We highly recommend Executive!

Just want to give a shout out to Thomas that works for your company. He was here this morning for our 6 month cleaning and he did an excellent job! It was the best cleaning and inspection we have ever had from your company.

We proudly have the first Trane XV20i A/C system in Charlotte County in March 2014. This system is very efficient, and imediately saved us over 30% in electric costs. This weekend, the system was not operating correctly and then stopped. We called for service late Saturday night, and Thomas called. He was on another service, so I told him to come in the morning and get some rest before coming out. Thomas arrived and calmly stated he will check the system out, since there wasn't any error codes. I was busy convincing myself that this will big a big issue. A very short time later, Thomas came in and said, "All is good now." Thomas explained what caused the issue, and why is was a little confusing to me. (I had a little input to the problem when I put a "downspout concrete drainway under the drain pipe) He cleaned out the drain pipe, adjusted the slope, and all is good because the system can drain at the needed rate of draining. Another good news was the callout cost was reduced because we have a service contract!!! We have that since the system was brand new, and still runs like brand new. Sorry for the long comment, but happiness should be spread around. HP Wachter

Executive is great. Scheduling was easy, they ensure you get your biannual maintenance done. Justin, our technician, was super nice. Checked on everything for us. Communicated well. Overall, we’re extremely happy with Executive — very happy we chose them for our new AC unit a few years back!
