Pool Service Pro has maintained our pool for 8 months and our pool has been sparkling blue ever since. Jose and Cecilia are very responsive, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and accommodating. They come every week and do what needs to be done with our pool. They have earned our trust and appreciation.

Jose and the team at Pool Service Pros have been amazing. From weekly visits to helping us get our pool recovered after the hurricane, they have been the best.

Good price but service isn't up to par. I used them for about two months and my pool wasn't vacuumed once. Same goes for the filter. I had to clean the pump myself after looking at the same gravel and sand for 3 weeks. I'm almost positive they didn't do anything other than add shock every week. I would look out of the window when they arrived and could walk away and come right back and they would be packing up to leave. The pool was barely brushed. I literally watched one of the employees just push some of the sand closer to the main drain. This week I decided to sit outside the entire time. The pool still wasn't vacuumed but it was skimmed and brushed. She went to the filter/pump area for a few minutes but I have no clue what she was doing because you would have to turn the pool off to check the filter and pump. It took a lot more time to finish the job this time which confirmed my decision to cancel.

Jose and his crew are always on time and very courteous and helpful. I have a new residential in ground pool and the previous company never did what they said they did, but Jose does! And his rate is very fair. I would recommend Pool Service Pros for your pool maintenance needs!

Pool Service Pros has taken care of my pool for 2 years and l was blessed to find them!! My daughter and son-in-law have started using them too. Regardless of what pops up needing care or repair, they have handled it professionally and for a reasonable price. My pool is older but looks great thanks to Jose, Cecelia and their team!!

Not good, they would clean the pool for maybe 5 minutes once a week and the next day it would be dirty again. By the weekend our pool was yellow greenish and unusable. I would call to let them know it was dirty the next day and they would want to charge me $50 to come back out. We have a new service for the same price and they told me it has been months since someone has cleaned the filter and that the chemical levels were unbalanced and black mold all around the waterfall features. The new company is there for 45 mins to an hour doing an extremely thorough clean each week for $130. Do not waist your money here and literally go with any other company.

We love this pool company. They keep to their same routine each week and always send us a report after each cleaning. Additionally, they are right on top of our pool equipment when something needs to be serviced.
