Tech was here at the time he said worked very hard on my two pieces of furniture did a very nice job cleaned and dried my floor after they were done cuz it was all wet I was very pleased with them and I will definitely use them again it's nice to deal with small company that takes pride in the service they perform thank you so much

We had our carpet cleaned and also repaired in several places. If I was just rating the cleaning, I would give them a 4 - I was happy with the cleaning and felt the price was fair. I will also say that the 3 guys who did the work for us were very professional. However, I'm rating them as a 2 because I was not happy with the quality of the repairs and I felt very ripped off by the price of them. I was also frustrated because when we booked the service we were told that we would be responsible for moving the furniture but when they got to our house to do the work they were shocked that all of the furniture had been moved. We spent hours over several days moving the furniture ourselves which was apparently wasn't necessary because it was included in the price and yet the price wasn't adjusted at all to make up for the labor that we saved them. I called to speak to the owner last Wednesday after he came out a second time to fix the repairs and was told if not that day, I would hear from him Thursday...I have yet to receive a phone call. I don't recommend this company for repairs.
