Great service and communication. No concerns at all. Used them for almost a year and they always came around the same time and provide great service at a fair price. Hilton in customer service (he answered the phone) was informative and helpful. Don't remember everyone else's names but everyone was helpful whenever we spoke. I only cancelled my subscription due to the state of our economy and my budget. Will revisit if I have a need in the future.

Ruben and his team are amazing! They're prompt, meticulous, and quick to let me know if they can't make it for their scheduled day for any reason. Highly recommend!!

Top Lawn did a sodding job for my next door neighbor. While they were doing that we had them resod our adjacent side yard. The crew was very professional and efficient. You could tell they took pride in their work. They prepped the yard well and used high quality sod. The sod pieces were fitted perfectly. Seams were nearly invisible. Very satisfied with their work and would recommend to anyone.

This is an irresponsible and damaging company that doesn't respect other people's property. I've made three complaints about them not driving on my property and causing damage with their machine, which damaged my children's pool and some patio chairs.

These two men were the kindest souls i've ever met. They were quick and precise, they made our lawn look absolutely amazing. I regret forgetting the names (i got distracted and it took me while to write the review), but both were so sweet and made an amazing conversation with me before starting. I would have given 6/5 stars if I could. Theres no way this job is easy in this heat but they got right to it, these were definitely two men who love their job, and love putting a smile on someones face :)

Marcus and his crew (Austin) are pros. We have been working together to make the lawn healthy and I appreciate the attention that Marcus applies to what’s happening. Great Job! 👏

I want to thank the Top Lawn Pros for accommodating my request. Context: I had called them on Friday, June 6 to request service. They noted I would fall on their Thursday rotation. However, due to an emergency they were kind enough to accommodate a last-minute request to have my lawn done on Monday (today June 9). The reason for the sudden request is because My Neighbor had people coming over to install his fence. My grass was very bushy and I did not have the time or the equipment to take care of my lawn to make it convenient for the fencing guys to do their job. Earlier today, they arrived and took care of my lawn. It looks great, and I am most appreciative of the accommodation and service that was provided. My sincere thanks to the team and Abraham for their partnership and support. If anyone has any doubts with Service and reliability, look no further. These guys are top-notch.

I can’t say enough great things about Top Lawn Pros. I had a new leach field put in for my septic tank. Of course, some irrigation was damaged in the process. I contacted the owner, Ruben Durand, to have his guys come to fix it. They came in just a few days. Ruben was communicative, professional and reasonably priced. And his guys in Truck 2 were just awesome. They were friendly, professional, and perfectly fixed the damage. I highly recommend Ruben and his team. Excellent service!

Talked to Jose today and he was very polite and caring about the job he performs. He mowed the grass next to our property and we had a very good talk concerning property lines and where he is mowing . All mowing services should have as nice a young man as Jose is.

Found this company on google search. They answered my call and Ruben came right away to give me an estimate for the work. Excellent communication and answered all my questions. They started the work right away. The two gentleman who did the work…. Did an excellent job. Very hardworking and meticulous. Ruben also came to check to make sure everything was going as planned.
