I'm so happy! I called for a quote & mentioned what someone had recommended to repair for my sprinklers. From the 1st call he was educating me on the difference in the quality of the brands recommended vs his recommendations and the need to come in person just to check himself if those recommendations were even necessary. We set up an appt just to check it out. Texted before he got there, arrived on time, checked them out and I didn't even need the replacements recommended!! Saved me a bunch, was quick with the repairs I did need, and professional. Already recommended to my cousin and will continue to do so. Thank you!

We contracted Florida Groundskeeper to install landscaping in from of a very long fence in the front yard. David was prompt responding to our request, listened to what we pictured, and worked with us to come up with something we loved within our budget. He worked with our current irrigation system and installed what the garden needed as well. He was able to provide everything for our HOA approval. Once we got the green light they came quick and had the project done in less than a day. I would highly recommend this company. We are very happy! Thank you David and crew!

Florida Groundskeeper did a great job with our irrigation. Highly recommend. David was recommended to me by my neighborhood Facebook page. We were able to get him out the same week that I called. He spent time figuring out what was going on and gave options on how to correct it. He did the work the same day and was very professional.

UPDATE: Unfortunately David's response is a misrepresentation of our discussions. My house does not have gutters around the roof. The only gutter is on the sides of our pool screen with downspouts in the back of our house. David never offered to add drainage for them and only comment was if I added gutters on the side of my house it probably wouldn't help the issue between my house and the neighbor. The time he came to look he pulled up a podocarpus and there was water. But I also mentioned that it had rained the entire night before. I asked him what could be done and he offered no solution for additional drainage and said maybe I should plant bamboo. The company (his friend's company) he suggested to come out and look at the landscaping first sent a guy who didn't even know what podocarpus were. I had to show him. The second guy came and said it could be diseased plants, bugs, or possibly too much water. It wouldn't have been watering from me, because at the time my irrigation system was OFF. I have spent time with my neighbor improving some possible drainage issues and another company has since helped also. I have also had some new podocarpus installed at a fraction of the cost. The border mentioned is missing the spikes in many places causing it to rise up. I have been fixing it myself as needed. I have a right to express the facts and update my review whenever I want. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I think David's indignant response is a revealing indicator from a customer experience. Someone saying they are disappointed is "slamming" him? I was always polite when requesting his follow-up and believed he would be fair. I never demanded "free" just simply "help your customer and suggest a solution". After the last time you were here I asked you to get back to me with what you could do to replace the plants and you said ok. I waited almost 3 months without a response and then updated my review.

PREVIOUS REVIEW: I had some design ideas regarding landscaping around our pool and backyard. I met with David and I liked his ideas much better. For the most part they delivered the plan that was presented. David and his team were helpful with their input and fixed a few issues with the irrigation system. But disappointed in the lack of follow-up or even willingness to offer a discount to replace plants that died within 3 months of planting. I hired someone else to correct some drainage issues that they didn't offer to do. The metal landscaping border that was installed is already coming out because it wasn't secured or put in deep enough in spots.

David was absolutely Great! We had the irrigation system adjusted,cleaned, changed and added sprinkler heads. He completed the job in one afternoon and then ensured everything was to my satisfaction before wrapping up. I strongly recommend using him for all your irrigation needs.

Contact David wow was out on town on vacation. Took my call and made contact with personnel that called me and ca.e by the next day. The service is excellent and rapid. I was impressed by the immediate response and service and indicated to David as a new home owners were in FL, the have become my preferred sprinkler service friend. David and the team at Florida Groundskeeper did an outstanding job on designing and completing our front landscaping. The design program gave excellent 3-D style views of the suggested landscape with the ability to modify in real time. David was able to work within our budget and was overall very reasonable on pricing. Removal of the old landscaping was quick as was the installation of the new materials despite a hurricane disrupting life in general. We are very pleased with how it all turned out and we would definitely recommend Florida Groundskeeper!

Great experience with this sprinkler company! They did excellent work, were very responsive to all my questions, and even came back to check on a few things after the job was done. Professional, reliable, and highly recommended.

Florida Groundskeeper was highly recommended by my nephew, so I scheduled an appointment to have David out to assess my irrigation system that I knew needed some work. After David provided a detailed explanation of what needed to be done along with a price, I agreed and he and his tech began working immediately. They replaced some nozzles, capped sprinkler heads that weren’t needed, and installed a new timer that I can control via the Rain Bird app. Professional and excellent from start to finish - thank you!!!

Words cannot express how happy I have been with David and his crew. From the initial design to the implementation, they have gone above and beyond. Even when the weather did not cooperate, they made it work.
David’s crew was professional and respected my property. They always picked up after themselves and kept me informed on what they were doing and where we were in the process. They were also very fairly priced!!

This company is extremely unprofessional. They broke our back flow preventer in our lawn costing us almost $1500 in county water bill and expenses and the owner, David, has yet to refund our damages. I would never recommend this company. Save your money and the headache! I was a fool for believing all of the good reviews.

Not a problem. For a someone who is big on integrity and threats I can’t help but notice how you still refuse to accept the fact that you’re trying to have someone pay your entire water bill, including your personal water consumption.

Don’t worry, the insurance company investigators will reach out to you personally and sadly you’ll find that nobody will pay for your personal water too.

Lastly, my attorney will be reaching out to you for libel. Thankfully I have much better documentation than you. Best of luck and perhaps next time, you should take a much different approach than trying to bully people and companies. Goodbye and good riddance, also you still owe me money Ms Integrity.

Fast service!! David and his team built the foundation for my new backyard tropical islands so unbelievably quick! In a matter of two days, I was able to start my tropical garden journey with two Triple Christmas Palm trees and two double trunk Pygmy Palm trees, including modified irrigation lines to make watering easier.
