My experience with Knights Air. They came out promptly assessed the problem and gave me my options. Lee Sisson gave me his opinion of what needed to be done and why. I decided a new unit would be my best option seeing the old unit was undersized and to many problems. They gave me a competitive price. Today was install day. They were prompt, clean and professional. They replaced my entire unit in under 3 hours. Lisa Caldwell Sisson received a panicked call from me saying only 2 vents were blowing air. Lee turned around and came back. It had been so long since my a.c. worked correctly, I didn't realize the fins on the vents Were directing the airflow along the ceiling and not down. I will absolutely 100%

Best experience ever! Came out within two hours- checked for us to see if our equipment was still under warranty (we had no idea). Let us borrow a small unit to keep our bedroom cool at night while waiting for the manufacturer to send the new piece. Reasonable pricing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had a great experience with Knights and Dustin the tech was very thorough in his inspection of our AC issues. We had contacted another company (Bayonet) a week prior and they said we would have to replace both of our units Evaporator Coils. Dustin found zero leaks in those coils and was able to pin point the leak in the outside units condenser line and fixed the problem in minutes saving us a lot of money. Bayonet is out for your money, while it seems Knight believes in integrity and truly helping their customers. That is how you earn repeat business and they will certainly get ours in the future.

Very very nice owners. I called like 30 different companies on Sunday before I called knights. No other company would take the time to listen to my problem. All of the other companies had answering services and call back request they would ask for all of your information before listening to what the issue is. The owner of knights took the time to first ask me what the problem was and he was able to get me situated get my AC back up and running on the same day.

This is hands down the best AC company. I woke up on a Saturday morning and it was very hot in my house. I called at 8:05 Saturday morning and they got back to me within 30 Min, came out within a couple of hours and it was fixed! Very reliable, excellent service, professional people, and I can hosnestly say the best price I have ever paid for any AC repair. Lisa and Lee are amazing! I will recommend them to anyone who needs any AC work. I will use them again when needed.

This place is without a doubt the best. Our A/C went out and they came out that day to service. The blower motor went out and since our system was 15 years old, we decided to replace it. It took a while due to two issues: 1) Knights introduced us to the PACE program, which allows you to defer your payment to your tax bill. This is a government program so it takes a while to get the paperwork done. 2) When you are good people want you, when you are great, people demand you. These guys are great. They came out on install day. This just so happened to coincide with our neighbors replacing their system as well. The neighbors team showed up an hour before with 3 techs to install their system. Lee and Arron showed up an hour later at our place. They installed our system, removed our old system, cleaned,adjusted and sealed all our duct work and vents and had our system up and running in exactly 3 hours. The team across the street was still hard at work when Lee and Arron left. And WHAT a great job.

This is a small company with the personal touch missing in many of the large A/C companies. We are 100% satisfied with the service and performance of our new HVAC system. Please give these guys a call and you won't regret it.

It’s not only uncomfortable when your A/C unit goes on the blink, but it can be very stressful as well knowing you need to find a company that will show up on time, won’t charge you a fortune or rip you off. I was tired of the company’s you see advertising on TV that promise quick, honest service that send a slick willie repairman to your house that sells you Freon and other parts you don’t need. I called Knights Air and they were quick to respond, honest and professional. They explained what was wrong with my unit and gave me a price to repair it. Since my unit was almost 20yrs old and has been requiring more and more repairs, I asked how much they would charge to replace it. They gave me a price that beat all the other quotes, got my air working and installed the new unit two days later. I will never use anyone other than Knights Air in the future and highly recommend Knights Air to everyone. Thank you Lee, Lisa, Devin and Aaron, you guys rock. ❄️ 😀

I originally called knights AC out a few years ago after I installed a thermostat that would only blow for air. I previously used another company, but kept experiencing problems with my ac. They came out, fixed the issue under manufacturer warranty, and also let me know both units were too small and under too much strain which is likely the root of my issues. I found them to be honest, professional, and reliable. I started using them for my annual service and never had an issue since. Once the ac did go out, knights air provided me with the correct size units for a great price and even offered portable ac units to keep us cool during the install. Lee and the rest of the staff were great!

Knights AC treated us right! We had the AC die in our office building and they arrived on time to check out the issue. We figured our unit was old and tired and we needed a new unit. We have had issues for several years with some rooms not getting cool and Lee spotted the problem right away with a few vents that were incorrect. The price for the new unit was very fair and the installation perfect. It used to take our office about 3-4 hours to cool down in the summer in the mornings and now it takes about 45 min to be comfortable. They also suggested a remote control thermostat that is controllable by our phone so we can turn off or on the ac from an app.

My first time using Knights Air. Now a very satisfied customer. Service was excellent, everything happened on schedule and on budget. Thank you Lee and Lisa.

If I could leave them more than 5 stars I would. Lee and his team were thorough and professional through the whole process. We have had many many issues with our AC units and Knights was the only company that got down to the root issue and remediated it at an incredibly reasonable cost. If these guys were twice as much $$ as the competition, I would STILL give them my business because we were that impressed. I will continue to recommend Knights AC to my family, friends, and neighbors. Way to go, guys! Thank you for your exceptional work and commitment to your customers.

The professionalism and realness of this company is like no other! The owner and his partner came out to check out our AC unit. We had a lot of concerns due to ACREE coming out prior and stating we had a unit that was “the worst they have ever seen”. When Knight Air Conditioning observed our unit we got the complete opposite. They went over every concern we had. They went to the extend of opening the unit up and showing me exactly what ACREE was falsifying. After answering all my questions and handling my concerns. I was told my AC was in good condition.

I had some ongoing issues with the ac company my builder used. They tried to sell me all these different tests. I called Knights air for a second opinion, and they came out and identified the issue and their fix was less than just the tests of the other company. They have come out to my house on follow up visits to make sure its all good. I trust them when they tell me what I need. They arrive on time, and they communicate clearly. I really appreciate a good business. As a realtor, I will be recommending them to my clients too.

The only company we will ever use! We have a Ductless mini split AC & Heat pump with remotes that can virtually be installed anywhere. After speaking with Lee and Lisa they helped us find one that fit our needs without compromising the integrity of space or comfort. Our system has been installed for two months. Our new system gives us superior performance. It is very energy efficient and comfortable. The first month's electricity bill we saved $89. The second month's electricity bill we saved $101. Well worth the investment. It is absolutely the best sleep we have ever had! Now when our children and grandchildren visit, they bring winter pjs, socks and blankets. They say we have the coldest house ever! Love it!

This is an honest and very respectable company. They made sure to get us the best deal possible when we found out our new home’s central AC system needed to be completely replaced. Other companies we got quotes from made us haggle and feel like we were getting scammed by pushing financing options we weren’t comfortable with. Lisa at the office gave us plenty of information to make sure we made the right choice between all of the companies we looked at. Once we decided to go with Knights, she was able to fit us in the next day! They replaced the system in only 3 hours and did a great job. Our house feels cool and comfortable again and I could not recommend Knights AC more!

After having continuous problems with my AC for months and having a different company out twice to never call me back with an estimate, I called Knights. They came out in less than 2 hours and did a thorough inspection. Devin explained everything well, and he was very professional and helpful. I will definitely be using this honest and trustworthy company if needs arise in the future.

I got a full AC replacement about 3 years ago. This company has been excellent. When I was in the process of getting estimates, they were definetly low pressure, but took the time to explain all my options. 3 years later, I'm still very happy. AC is working great, my electric bill is down and I haven't had any problems except one. My thermostat failed, but they came right out and replaced it quickly. Amazing customer service! Lisa was wonderful to speak with and she went above and beyond to make our situation better in a timely manner. The technician was fast and efficient, he even took time to explain what to do in the future if my problem occurred again. Super honest people with extremely fair pricing. I will be contacting them with any future needs and will recommend them to anyone in the area!

Excellent service. Came right away, got my dead a/c unit working until my new unit was installed which was just a few days, county inspector came out and passed inspection with flying colors. Cant say enough about their excellent service and how nice it is to have a family business that gives back to the community.

Had a total HVAC System replaced by Knights Air Conditioning in 01/2024. Lee and his staff were quick, efficient, professional, and honest (no attempt to upsell); the entire process took less than one week (from initial contact to install). I Highly recommend Knights Air Conditioning for all you AC/heating needs.

Update: Had a minor HVAC issue (unrelated to the AC/Heating system) come up during inspection when selling our house. Called Knights Air Conditioning, and once again Lee and his team resolved the issue quickly and professionally. I highly recommend you call them for all your HVAC needs.
