Summer heat, pregnant wife + AC problems are a recipe for disaster. Lee and knights air showed up quickly on a Sunday afternoon and got us up and running again. Lee was extremely nice and explained what happened and some ways we could help prevent it in the future. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

You won’t find a better or more honest company than Knights Air. We had them come out to troubleshoot our system because it wasn’t blowing cold air. Another company had already come out and quoted us $1k for repair. The owner of Knights Air, Lee, came out same day and had troubleshot and fixed our issue in less than 15 minutes and even waived the service fee. I will never call another AC company again. This family run business is an example of how all businesses should be run. The owner, Lee, personally took responsibility of installing a 4-ton compressor replacement under Trane parts warranty. Their labor pricing was incredibly competitive. They are knowledgeable. When you're facing unfortunate AC repairs, we highly recommend working with Knights Air Conditioning.

I haven't had my a/c serviced in 2 years. I was not having a problem with it, it was working fine. I called knights and made a appointment to have it serviced/ cleaned. Tech came out and took cover off. He came to me in less than 5 min and said all is good, didn't need to be cleaned. I find this to be unacceptable as I know it takes time to clean the coils and test everything, considering it had been a couple of yrs. I would not recommend this company. I was charged 75.00 for a service that wasn't done..I am a 77 and feel I was taken advantage of!!

Great service! First I had another company come out who immediately wanted to convince me to get a new unit and who wanted to overcharge me to refill coolant. These guys came by after hours really fast and were very knowledgeable. The price was reasonable as well. Definitely will be using again

HAVE TO GIVE PROPS TO KNIGHTS AIR CONDITIONING: Called for service and was here within 2 hours; work done was efficient, knowledgeable, honest and did not cost anywhere CLOSE TO a quote I got from another company, who couldn't even fix it on the spot, and did not diagnose correctly. Will only be using Knights AC going forward. I called to schedule a service, and they were able to fit me in same day. Lee came out and provided a thorough overview and insight. He inspected everything and re-assured me that all is working well. My old company came out last month and told me I needed a whole new AC unit! Lee's honesty and integrity is outstanding! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. GREAT company!

I have been using Knights A/C for routine maintenance, but today I had a problem with my rental unit. Another company came out and told me that I needed a new compressor on a six year old unit. When Knights tech came out he fixed the issue with just replacing the capacitor! So grateful that they were honest! Kudos to Knights A/C!

My Blower Motor went out on Saturday morning. By Monday, late afternoon, I had my air conditioner working. I would like to thank Brie for her patience in getting the work ordered and processed so quickly. Lee came out Saturday and diagnosed the problem, and on Monday, installed the new motor. It's refreshing to find a company that is professional and will not inflate the cost. I will recommend Knights Air Conditioning 100% to anyone who asks. Honest, professional, knowledgeable, and cost-friendly. Knights AC will be my forever AC company.

We cannot speak highly enough about Lee and Lisa with Knights Air Conditioning. They were extremely helpful after our home flooded, even when they were overwhelmed as well. Lee was always quick to respond and very reasonable when our house was torn apart and the unit was limping along. Knights did an awesome job when it came time to replace our unit, going above and beyond what we could have asked for. I would highly recommend Knights Air Conditioning, they are local, responsive and trustworthy.
