Shawn was on time and very knowledgeable. He searched around for parts that were needed to complete the job in a timely fashion. He stayed in touch with me through the entire process and made sure that my air conditioner was up and running. Highly recommend Shawn and this company.

Excellent with Empire AC company truly exceeded my expectations. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing their top-notch servicing, and the quality of their work was simply superb. When I called to schedule my appointment, the customer service was top-notch. The technician that arrived was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue and the steps he would take to fix it.
The servicing was completed efficiently and effectively, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the work performed. Not only did the technician fix the issue, but he also took the time to clean and maintain my unit, ensuring it would run smoothly for a long time.

Shawn N. was great. He was on time (actually early), knew exactly how to diagnose my A/C problem, and fixed the issue very quickly the same day! He gave me some tips on how to save energy and how to better take care of my HVAC equipment. All in all a great experience.

Absolutely the best experience with Shawn coming out to assess my HVAC system. He has excellent communication skills with a friendly, real world personality. He was thorough in his observations and honest in his opinions that made me feel at ease.

Do yourself a favor and use this company for your cooling and heating needs. I’ve used this company for a couple years now and I can tell you the owner Shawn truly is about your best interest. He was very concerned about my elderly father’s comfort, and had my AC installed, and working extremely well in no time. Even called late about an issue and he was at my house before 8am. He’s honest, professional and priced fairly. It’s rare to find someone you can trust and cares about quality of work so definitely worth a call if you have issues.

Shawn and Quan are awesome! We bought a fixer upper this past year and have had a couple issues with our AC unit. Each time, Shawn has been super responsive (24/7 is a true statement). We don’t have to wait around for hours either, they work around our schedule and show up at the agreed upon time. Never late. Both are very professional too! Highly recommend Empire to all our friends and family.

Good yearly maintenance, a plus for not trying to sell me something I didn't need like other competitors. Very friendly and reliable. Only thing was there was a choice for a tip when I paid. Tipping culture is out of hand. But...I would use them again.

This could be the best service and respectable pricing I have ever got with an AC company. I know there are many good companies out there, but I took an educated chance with them. Shawn N. Showed up. Super nice guy, he put foot covers on, and assessed the problem super fast. It was the capacitors. Shawn explained what it does and the usual shelf life of the capacitor. Shawn was awesome. Companies need more great workers like him. The price was straight up and very reasonable. I'm very happy to have gone with Cool With Empire.

Shawn N. was great. Terrific communication before, during and after the motor replacement on my A/C compressor. He made the process as easy as possible with full disclosure of costs, time estimations as well as checking everything before finishing up. I called late Thursday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for Friday (the very next day). My master bedroom was 85+ degrees and simply unbearable. Shawn called me shortly after the appointment was made by the answering service and he was very professional. He worked out a time that fit MY schedule even though he was the one doing me a huge favor by working me in! He drove farther than normal and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and correct it.
He sweat his buns off and never complained. He was super courteous and put booties on the enter my house (I am super ecstatic about that!!) and I can only give Shawn a 20 out of 10!! The BEST SERVICE!

Shawn was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to us in simple terms and helped us understand exactly what was wrong. He took the approach of fixing the problem and not upsell us on what “might” be wrong. I could tell Shawn is an individual that cares about this craft and helping those who need service. Great experience with Cool with Empire! Mr. Shawn Nimoh arrived early for the appointment and was very professional! He was very detail oriented and drove across the city on a weekend to get the correct part to fix the A/C system. After getting the part, he fixed the issue in about an hour! I highly recommend Cool with Empire and Shawn!

Shawn is just amazing and extremely thorough with his work. So knowledgeable and professionalism overall is spectacular! I definitely will be using his services for all my future service calls. He definitely has a returning customer that's for sure.

Michael was awesome! I was lucky to have Michael come and address the issues with my ac, he was very knowledgeable and also very informative on best practices to extend the life of my system. I had another AC Company come out and try to upsell me on purchasing a whole new system, but Michael was very straight forward and let me know with the correct maintenance and cleaning my system would have plenty of life. Definitely going to go with Timely air conditioning for any future services.

I Love the way Shawn was up front and honest and his professionalism!!! He made sure I was aware of the real problem vs what another HVAC companies suggested I needed.
