My AC had failed and i purchased a new high efficiency heat pump from a big box store. Then learned that the warranty on the unit required a licensed HVAC installer. Every place I called had no interest in installing my unit but wanted to sell me a lower efficency unit at a higher price. Finally I called Shawn at Timely, and I'm very happy I did. Friendly professional, honest and went out of his way to get my new unit installed before the weather started getting hot again. I would recommend him, very enthustically, to anyone needing HVAC work.

Highly recommend this company. Things stopped working out of nowhere and I needed someone quickly. I called Shawn at Timely and he was quick, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the problem quickly and get us up and running in no time. I appreciate it when I don't feel like I am being upsold on something, which seems to happen a lot with other companies. Shawn made sure I understood what was happening and how he was fixing it.
