Had a new gas fireplace installed and needed a new gas valve outside. Trevor did the initial work and when there was an issue Josh responded and confirmed the problem was not the gas line. Both were very polite and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Josh came out to address my plumbing issue. He was polite, knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns. He will have to come back to finish up but didn't hesitate to answer all my questions. I was very happy with my service. Josh came back and found the bath issue was a leaking tub valve. He replaced it and some of the old copper lines. Then put an access panel over the 14x14 hole he had to cut into the drywall. Very neat job. He then replaced my tub drain, spout and shower head as the drain did not drain well. It all looks great and works so much better. Josh is great. He is so polite and knowledgeable. He answers all your questions. He even took time and let me take pictures of the before and after. I never felt pressured and all the repair decisions were mine. He did a great job and there was no mess at all. It was all pricey even with a senior citizen and multiple job discount but a tub valve is expensive in its' own right. Now I don't have to worry about that bath for many years. I would not hesitate to call GOAT and Josh again for another plumbing issue. Thank you, Josh.
