Gregg came by to fix a broken flange and wobbly toilet and did an awesome job. He was efficient and the craftsmanship shows his skill. Will be using Chris’s for future plumbing needs.

Wayne, Monty and their crew did an amazing job in re-piping my entire home. They were both efficient and proficient in getting the job done. The job took 1 1/2 days and water was turned back on by mid- afternoon of the first day. They patiently explained what work they did and even went above and beyond by changing out some old PVC pipe on my pool pump. The entire crew- Monty, Wayne, Rob, Jacob, Gabe, Jeff, and Chaz were all very polite and considerate in ensuring my home was protected from foot traffic and was cleaned after completing the job. Thank you guys!!

I called on Sunday evening for someone to come install dishwasher. Monday morning bright and early my technician Carlos arrived to help. He was polite, professional and solved every issue that I had. He worked quickly and efficiently and was gone within the hour. 10/10 recommend this company and the tech Carlos ! Thanks so much

Todd came out really quick after hours only had to wait 30 minutes and he was done in 10. I tried to do it myself trusted somebody at Lowe’s that didn’t know what they were talking about . Thankfully they answered the phone and solved my problem now I have water. Todd was super professional and made great suggestions if I ever ran into it again I will use them for now on fair prices even at after hours

First time I used Chris’ Plumbing was yesterday. I was very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and work ethic. Daniel came out first and needed an additional tool. The office sent Carlos out to deliver the tool and also looked over the job and provided his insight. Very easy to deal with and charged a fair price.

I had a Kohler flush assembly break for the downstairs bathroom toilet on Friday afternoon. I had used Chris's Plumbing Service before and found it to be a reliable, reasonably priced service. This time was no different. The plumber, Greg, was friendly, skilled, arrived promptly, repaired the fixture quickly and cleaned up well. I recommend Chris's Plumbing Service without reservation.

Greg was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient, he’s been in the business since 1980 he told me. He had to put a new drain pipe under the tub that had a hole in it and was corroded and made water leak out from the bathtub. He also replaced waste & the overflow fixtures. Replaced the small toilets with taller and narrower toilets. We are very happy with Greg’s work!!! He had this all done in less then 3 hours! I’ve also used them to clean out your Septic tank which is the best price I’ve found!

Stopped by randomly to Chris's after going to (Brandon) home improvement store. We were unable to get anyone to answer plumbing questions, so we tried Chris's. I asked for help with a shower trim package, and they were able to send a plumber within a couple of hours to evaluate the issue. Jonathan was assigned to us, and we are so happy to have him . He was professional, yet friendly, and was able to figure out how to resolve the problem. He was in communication w/ home office, took photos , and was able to diagnose the problem. He was knowledgeable, explained the problem, and the process to resolve the issue. The parts we need will be ordered, and hopefully the shower will be taken care of. We will be requesting that Jonathan be sent to finish the job order, when the parts come in, and we are looking forward to updating review when all is done.

We had a new pump for our lift station installed today. From our first phone call to the completion of the job I have nothing but excellent things to say about Chris's plumbing.

Our phone call was answered immediately and we didn't have to leave a message hoping that someone would call back. The girl who answered the phone was warm and professional and answered our questions well--even the questions we didn't know to ask-- and our job was scheduled quickly.

Jonathan and Chaz were the technicians who came out to complete our job. They were hardworking, professional, and all around great to deal with.

Monti, Wayne and crew of experienced professionals were early on the job of repiping our home in Valrico.
We've been in same house since 1981 and was way over due to have plumbing replaced.
Wayne evaluated our situation, and explained in detail what to expect.
The crew made sure that the new piping would be as inconspicuous as possible.
The new piping system was air tested,
and water pressure checked.
All is well thanks to the repiping experts.
Cris's Plumbing, and the repiping specialist are highly recommended.
The cost was much more reasonable then the other estimates

Replaced our water heater and a complete repipe of our home. Very satisfying experience because from start to completion ( 6am until 3 pm) the installation team was courteous, friendly, considerate and completely professional. We have had several contractors work in our home over the past 15 years and Chris Plumbing set a new high standard we wish all contractors met. Repiping was not something we looked forward to, however we experienced the best possible outcome.

Chris’s Plumbing sent a crew ( Wayne,Rob, Jacob, Gabriel ) to my house to replace an ancient galvanized water main from the street to the house. They also ran new water and drain lines for a washer and the kitchen sink, adding Studor vents to both. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, were respectful, and answered any questions that I had along the way. The cost was reasonable for the work that I had done and I am extremely happy with the job that they did. I used Chris's Plumbing 4 years ago and they did an excellent job then which is why when I had an issue this time, they were the first people I thought to call. On January 1st (at night) all my toilets started to overflow. I was initially told someone would come that night, then later as it was almost 11 pm, I was told the plumber was sent on another call by the owner and the person I spoke to said he would call me back soon to let me know if the plumber would still be coming. I never got that call, but 7:45 the next morning I did. I was then told that the plumber was able to come now, did I still want him to come. I said yes. He came and fixed the problem in 20 minutes, which was a clog of toilet paper. He then charged me for a 2 hour 15 minute job. When I questioned him about the charges, he said I was being charged from the time called I was called at 7:45 to the time he finished typing up the charges.
When they came 4 years ago, that was a large job requiring the guy to go through concrete, do the repair and mix and pour more concrete. That job cost me $293.74, this job cost me $268.60.
This is a lesson learned. I will in the future ask any company I deal with how they charge before the job is done. This seems a little excessive to me, so I wanted to give a heads up to my community. I think they should tell their customers how they bill before the job. They did not do this 4 years ago. Apparently there has been a change. I won't be calling them again.

Had some faint sewer gas smells in my home and thought I'd need a smoke test to determine the source. Carlos and his team mate suspected it was from the toilets because they were able to be moved slightly. To prevent incurring the extra expense of a smoke test, Carlos recommended reseating the toilets to see if this would solve the issue first. The repair was quick, clean and well done. Five stars honestly isn't enough for these guys. Carlos embodies what a skilled tradesman is. He was thorough, respectful, a great communicator and has the heart of a teacher. If you value being taught by professionals with high standards, you'll want Carlos on the job.
