Reviews of local pros in Riverview, Florida

Charles did a great job pressure-washing my driveway!! Last night, he responded quickly to my online inquiry. Then, he contacted me this morning, letting me know when he would be at my home doing the job and then notified me when the job was completed. Charles was extremely professional throughout the process. Will definitely be using this company again in the future!!
Thank you, Charles!

You cannot beat the professionalism or price for Sunshine State Power Wash! I contacted Charles yesterday to see about a quote to come out and he was significantly lower than other competitors and came out this morning and knocked it out. You have a customer for life! Thank you!

Charles showed up on time! He explained what he would be doing in advance. He took pictures of the house before starting the process! I am very happy with the out come! I would recommend his services.

Charles is friendly, knowledgeable, and does a very thorough job. Our solar panels look brand new. Give Sunshine State a call if you want the job done right.

Charles was quick to respond to my request for pricing to power wash my driveway and 2-car garage. He arrived on time and did an excellent job for a reasonable price. Knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and thorough. Would 100% recommend!

Charles replied to my request from home advisor quickly and gave very reasonable quotes. He did a fantastic job, he pressure washed 3 tile roofs and washed exterior of one of the houses as well. Highly recommend him, he’s prompt and efficient.

Charles and Sunshine State Power Wash have a great business! My driveway looks nice and clean! The process to schedule was easy, they send you a no pressure quote that you can accept or reject. Thanks guys… I’m already scheduled for next year 😊

From start to finish everything was top notch. Came out way better than I could have hoped for.

Charles and his team did a fantastic job. The attention to detail before, during, and after the job was spot on. We would highly recommend Sunshine State Power Wash. Fair price and quality work.

I had Charles out at the beginning of July to give me a quote. He was willing to work on July 4th. His price was so affordable that I had him out on the 5th. He did a fantastic job. The whole property looked better. Sorry, I forgot to take before and after pics. He removed mold from the walls without removing the paint. He removed stains and discoloration for my driveway. Definitely, will use him again! THANKS, CHARLES!!!

Chuck was very professional, showed up on time and educated me on the service he was providing prior to the service. Sunshine State Power Wash lived up to my expectations and gave my home the top notch clean it deserved. Definitely recommend their services and will continue to in the future!

Today I had my driveway and sidewalks cleaned by Sunshine State Power Wash. this includes the sidewalk that leads up to my front door and the front door area which looks so much better! Charles the owner arrived promptly this morning, notifying me along the way that he would be at my home soon, which I appreciated. I had checked out a couple of other companies with similar prices, but they just did not have the same respectful responsiveness, that Charles had. Such a nice gentleman, any text message that I sent he would respond right away and then he would follow that up with an email. I was grateful that I decided to go with him to get this job done, He did an excellent job. We needed our driveway done for sometime and I’m so grateful it’s all done and it looks very nice!😊
Charles took his time and then he explained what he was doing, which, again I appreciated. There was a gentleman out, not too long ago, who put sod down and whenever I asked him a question he just seemed irritated, not wanting to explain or answer my questions. With Charles, I didn’t have to ask questions because he explained everything beforehand. He even went the extra mile to remove the oil stains. I highly recommend this gentleman he has integrity, and I believe he is an honest hard worker who takes pride in what he’s doing, you can tell. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give him a 10.
I highly recommend Charles’ company, Sunshine State Power Wash, and I look forward to doing business with him in the future.
Charles nothing but Blessings to you and your company Sir. 😊Ok

Sunshine State Power Wash did an awesome job cleaning my home’s exterior. New builds have a problem with spiders and he was able to get rid of them. Very professional and easy to work with. Thank you Charles!

Fantastic job on cleaning our driveway, sidewalks and front porch! Very professional, friendly and responsive with communication. Competitive pricing as well! Thank you!

Charles was great! He even used an anti mold/mildew solution. Would definitely recommend!

I am completely satisfied and very happy for having Sunshine State Power Wash come to my home and clean my driveway and sidewalk. The front of my house was also cleaned and made everything look great again!.
I recommend this company 100%. Special thanks to Charles for being very responsible, on time, responsive, and professional. Great attention to detail and good business practice.
Keep up the good work Charles!. I got your number on speed dial for the next time.

Charles was prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional. I was shocked he had only been in business for a few years as he was very efficient and knowledgeable. Im not normally the kind of person that leaves reviews but felt compelled to do so in this case. Had my home and driveway washed and will have him come back later to re-seal the patio.

Fast and friendly. Very professional service i would highly recommend them.

Fantastic work! Our house looks great after the exterior wash.
Greatly exceeded my expectations of what the final outcome would be. Great attention to detail and going the extra mile for some of the tougher sections to clean. Thanks so much to Sunshine State Power Wash!

First time using their service and I'm delighted with how promptly they schedule me. The person was friendly and informative. I will recommend this company and will use it again. Thanks for you service. Most important the house and driveway looks super great. 👌

Customer service with this company is absolutely fantastic since in this day and age that's the name of the game. Charles was prompt, professional, price was within my range, before and after pictures truly tell the story of excellence. I'm a returning customer since Sunshine State also handled a soft wash roof issue that was under warranty. I would recommend this company for many jobs they can do.
