We had our carpet cleaned and also repaired in several places. If I was just rating the cleaning, I would give them a 4 - I was happy with the cleaning and felt the price was fair. I will also say that the 3 guys who did the work for us were very professional. However, I'm rating them as a 2 because I was not happy with the quality of the repairs and I felt very ripped off by the price of them. I was also frustrated because when we booked the service we were told that we would be responsible for moving the furniture but when they got to our house to do the work they were shocked that all of the furniture had been moved. We spent hours over several days moving the furniture ourselves which was apparently wasn't necessary because it was included in the price and yet the price wasn't adjusted at all to make up for the labor that we saved them. I called to speak to the owner last Wednesday after he came out a second time to fix the repairs and was told if not that day, I would hear from him Thursday...I have yet to receive a phone call. I don't recommend this company for repairs.

First time using this company they arrived early to set up very friendly and even gave me a free pet treatment for free for me to see if I like it . Oliver rocks. He took his time going over carpet multiple times ... so happy I will be scheduling my sectional cleaning and another carpet cleaning in 5 months !!! Thx guys !!! My apartment carpet looks new again

First they were actually early to the appointment. No service people or workers ever show up on time let alone early. Impressive. The work was outstanding the carpets look awesome. They were professional, quick, and careful around my house. I would highly recommend them. I also find their pricing to be very fair. I will be using them as cleaners from this point forward. Maybe they can offer classes to frontier, brighthouse, or tech about being on time.

Bottom Line Up Front: We had to go to the ER for carbon monoxide poisoning because the generator exhaust on the back of the cleaning van was aimed straight at our interior garage door because the hoses were run through the garage. Would NOT recommend Manny’s Carpet Cleaning service.

I am not the one to write bad reviews and almost let this review go unwritten, but then the ER bill reminded me that I should so that nobody else has to put their health in danger for a simple carpet cleaning.

About a month ago we hired Manny’s Carpet Cleaning. The purpose of the cleaning was to clean an entire house for a move. The communication was good, to begin with, and they even called to notify me that the tech would be about 40 min late. Once the tech arrived he started cleaning and my spouse and I were upstairs cleaning. After about an hour, we hear the carbon monoxide alarm going off and I move to get me and my spouse out of the house ASAP. I even try to get the tech out of the house, but he wanted to keep cleaning.

After the tech left, we went to the ER and then called the Fire Department to air out the house. I notified Manny’s Cleaning Service that we would be going to the ER and they said that is our choice. I called the next day and stated that we were treated and that we would just like a written apology and possible refund. We never go one.

I have all of this recorded on my surveillance camera and text messages in case there is a rebuttal to this review. Anybody can Google carbon monoxide poisoning and see the possible long-term effects with a short-term effect being possible death. Luckily, the house had a carbon monoxide alarm. Stay safe and use another carpet cleaning service.

We had Manny’s Carpet Cleaning come out and fix our carpet. The carpet was coming out of the doorway entrance. They were professional on the phone, on time, and did excellent work! My carpet looks new again. Very reasonably priced. I would hands down recommend them!
