Brian and his crew showed up on time, were prompt, dressed in professional attire, and extremely cordial. Our carpet, tile, and grout came out wonderful. I highly recommended United Cleaning Services.

They scheduled the cleaning around my limited window of opportunity which meant coming in on a sunday morning. Nice guys and good service. Carpet is much better and floor tile looks new again. Great service at a fair price. I will recommend them to others.

The best service at the right price!

Hands down the best company for all flooring cleaning needs ! Our carpets were very filthy and we had low expectations. Brian did an amazing job and made them look soooooo much better . He also did tile cleaning and VCT waxing . All floors looked siny and new . Top notch customer service too . ❤️❤️

Brian and Mike arrived on time. I was amazed at the results of our carpet, this was the first time it was cleaned since it was put in 4 years ago, I never thought it would look new but it looked showroom new. We have pets and the results on the areas where the pets liked was amazing. They also cleaned the furniture and it also was showroom new. I could have gotten a "do it yourself" cleaner, but I know it would not have turned out as good as US Cleaning Svcs services. I will refer him to all my friends and acquaintances. I would encourage anyone who is looking to clean their carpet to call Brian

I’ve been using these guys for years! I started out by using them for my company/office and evolveD to using in my home. Their quality of their work far surpasses any one I used previously. I have them not only clean my carpets and upholstery but my porcelain tile floors as well. I would highly recommend this company!

This is the second time we have used this company. We called and left a message for an appointment and they returned our call right away. They are very professional and courteous at a very reasonable price. They arrived on time, walked thru and listed to us about our needs and concerns. Called Brain on Thursday and he promised to fit me in Friday. Him and Mike arrive on time and with great attitudes. Cleaned my carpet, couch and club chair. Prices are competitive and service is professional.

Excellent service in a timely manner. My wife called to get our carpets cleaned and Brian was here within 15 minutes. Did our carpets and made sure the bad odor was gone before he left. Highly recommend.

Great experience. I recently moved into a rental and the previous tenant left the carpet filthy. The home-owner gave me a small credit to get the carpet cleaned so I began contacting companies. Many companies did not even respond. Brian from U.S. Carpet Cleaning responded within the hour to my missed call, and e-mail that I had sent. After receiving the quote I waited to hear back from the others I had e-mailed. 3 days later with no responses or outrageously high quotes for ~200 sq feet of carpet cleaning I texted Brian again. He responded within the hour on a Friday evening and was able to schedule early Tuesday morning for a cleaning. He scheduled to arrive between 9 and 10 am, and showed up around 9:30, perfectly on-time. They completed the job within 45 minutes (again, I only had 200 sq feet), and they were friendly! I wish I would have taken better before and after pictures, but this is the before from the home listing, and the after 5 days later. The circled area is the same spot on the carpet despite the pictures being from different angles. I did not expect the stains to come out of the carpet at all, I was just getting it cleaned for sanitation reasons. I am much happier with this room now!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! They made my old, matted down carpets look like brand new. They even got random deep stains out and made high traffic areas match the low traffic areas. The two men who came were extremely professional and very friendly. We were provided with a military discount and the price was very competitive. They did our whole house in about an hour and a half. I would definitely recommend them, and if we hadn't moved to North Carolina, I would use them again!

I reached out to Brian thinking I was contacting a Maid Service to schedule a full cleaning service due to move out... Brian advised he does carpet cleaning and etc but he does know a few companies he can refer me to... I contacted one of the company's and scheduled a appointment. Then later that evening I realized I needed my carpet cleaned as well, so I remembered Brian being friendly and very helpful on the phone by referring me to other company's, even though i did not get any services from him...So I reached back out to Brian asking if he had any appts available for carpet cleaning, and Brian scheduled me the next morning. LESS THAN 24 HRS !! Brian and his partner was very punctual and kind. The professionalism was amazing, they made sure to vacuum the floor before cleaning (even though it was just vacuumed from cleaning service) they still completed that step. Brian and his partner tag teamed the rooms and cleaned the carpet very swift (fast). Brian and his partner had the carpet looking FRESH & BRAND NEW !! GREAT PRICE FOR SERVICE RECEIVED... CUSTOMER FRIENDLY !! VERY FAST !! THEY ARE DEFINITELY MY NEW CARPET CLEANERS !!

I contacted Brian and also a few other places to get an estimate for cleaning some tile in a new home we just moved into. I got a big range in pricing from all of these places. Brian seemed the most reasonable and knowledgeable on the phone and he offered to come out to do an estimate for us on our "cleanable" square footage. Sounded good to me so we had him come out. Once he came into the house he inspected the tile and said that our tile is clean and he wouldn't be doing much more than we can do with a steam mop. I was surprised! The tiles were indeed clean. I am just a clean freak! I truly appreciate Brian's honestly. He gave us some advice on what cleaners to use and not use to help keep the tile in tip top condition. Someone else could have made an easy dollar on us. But having Brian come out was refreshing. Honest, dependable and personable! I will definitely recommend him to friends and family!
