The team from home clean heroes of Tampa Bay cleaned our 2500 ft² home this week. The two ladies did a fantastic job. Everything was shiny clean, smelt good but not overpowering, and best of all they did not break anything. I would highly recommend them

Been using them long enough that I feel comfortable leaving an informed review. They do a great job. Their owner/manager/supervisor Abby comes out to eval and give pricing. The ladies do a great job cleaning. Abby checks in after every clean to ensure everything went well. The day before you get a text message asking if you want any additional services/add ons, which I find helpful as a "pre clean" eval/prep.

They also do a periodic quality assurance inspection, which tells me they have someone seperate come by to make sure the job is done right, even if the homeowner doesn't notice. They were flexible working with me on how to enter the house without leaving a key and Abby spoke with me on how they vette their employees. Anyone who has hired a cleaning service can appreciate you'd like to know who is coming in your house.

Lauren and Jess did a wonderful job and they were incredibly considerate of the fact that I had a sleeping baby. He didn't wake at all. They were very professional. They were on-time, and even text me prior to arrival with their ETA. They showed me the cleaning supplies before actually using them. I hired this company to clean my mid ten rental, and hoped to continue using them for my short-term rentals. I had a few questions about the service that I was getting because the young ladies were not doing as I requested each service, so I was a little confused. I had a conversation with the owner of the company and he seemed to be genuinely nice. After a short time of using home clean heroes, I wasn't getting any more schedules for my bi-weekly service. I tried to get in touch with the office and no one wanted to answer the phone. After a month of not returning any of my calls, I just decided to use another cleaning service.

My take on this is that if things get a little too tough for this company they will cancel your account without any notice.

They’re receptive to feedback and aim to please. They have clear, consistent, and open communication and even do quality assurance checks to ensure you’re satisfied. Addy and his team are wonderful! Ariel and her team have been cleaning my house for a few weeks now and are so pleasant to have in my home. This is important since cleaning can be personal. I am satisfied with the service and look forward to a long relationship with Home Clean Heroes.

Very responsive, quick, detail-oriented, and all around customer-pleasing service! I emailed for a quote on a Tuesday morning got a quote by that afternoon and booked a cleaning the next day! They catered to what I needed to get done and were an affordable cost! The administrative representative were very friendly and hospitable. The cleaners technicians themselves were fast, efficient, professional, detail-oriented, and super kind. They took time to make sure everything that was communicated on the phone with the admins were correct. Before they started cleaning and then when they finished an area they ask for me to check their work to see if there was anything they missed or wanted them to go over. Like I said very customer-pleasing company. Definitely recommend them! Plus they support our local first responders with an optional donation with your cleaning! Great great company!

Paid for a deep clean & they didn’t clean my bathroom properly. The markings on the tile are removable as I bent down from my wheelchair and rubbed the area with my finger. Left cleaner in my shower. Didn’t scrub. Didn’t clean/dust one of my night stands

We’ve been using this company for years and I’m not sure what’s changed, but recently they have become very unreliable. We only get our house cleaned once a month yet a good third of the time they don’t show up. No notice sent, no emails with the reason. They just don’t show up at all. This last time they didn’t show up then sent me a one sentence email after that day was already over, telling me I’ve been rescheduled to the next day and then didn’t show up that day either. This doesn’t work for me or my husband as we both have jobs. Either show up on time or send a message beforehand that you’re not coming. If you can’t do either, then you don’t have any business owning a cleaning service.

I had an excellent experience at the The Home Depot Garden Center! The garden center was beautifully organized, fully stocked, and had an amazing variety of healthy plants, flowers, shrubs, gardening supplies, and lawn care products. Everything looked fresh, vibrant, and very well maintained, which made shopping there enjoyable and inspiring.
The staff was incredibly friendly, some young lady knowledgeable, and eager to help. I had questions about lawn care and plants, and the employees took the time to explain everything patiently and professionally. Their recommendations were extremely helpful, and you can tell they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and helping people succeed with their gardening and landscaping projects.
I also appreciated how clean and organized the entire area was, even during busy hours. The checkout process was quick and efficient, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality offered. Whether you’re an experienced gardener or just getting started, this is a fantastic place to shop for all your outdoor and gardening needs.
