I called several electricians to install two new ceiling fans with lights. Brown Electric responded very quickly and courteously with a quote that was much more reasonable than some high-ball estimates from other electricians. The Brown Electric electrician arrived promptly, was courteous and professional, and did a great job to install the fans. One fan needed to be installed on a vaulted ceiling and this was done perfectly. I will not hesitate to use Brown Electric again for future projects.

This company was recommended to me by a friend. I had some light fixtures added with dimming switches in my commercial space. I appreciate that the electricians were very professional and responsive. The owner and his office staff were also extremely friendly, professional, and communicative. The lights look great!

Seems like Edwina has a lot going on managing phone calls. I had a tech stop by on 8/24. He could barely read, poor customer service skills and honestly he looked homeless. I wanted to give him chance because it appeared he was young and still learning. He had difficulties comprehending what I was saying and I questioned if he was high on drugs. I called Edwina the next day and was told "I heard about you" cut me off several times and was very rude. I requested additional work to be done. I was told that I would receive an email with an estimate. Still waiting. I really want to support this business however the poor level of professionalism and common courtesy is lacking.

Countertop pop ups and recess lights was recommended and his recommendation best decision I could have made. If you want quality work I highly recommend Brown Electrical Solutions. I had some outlets that needed to be fixed, and wanted some things installed as well. Christian was really polite and professional. He was really fast and everything was great. I’m really satisfied with the job they’ve done so far and I don’t see myself switching company anytime soon

The team (Raphael and an assistant) from Brown were on time, thorough and completed the job to my standards, even after our wiring threw them a curveball. They not only installed our new outdoor fans and lights, they helped troubleshoot and repair the wiring so that everything worked properly. Also, when additional services were needed, and would cost more than what I was originally quoted (the wiring being messed with by a previous owner was an issue) they were very clear on how much it would cost and what they could do. I found their pricing fair, especially with the amount of additional work and time that was involved and not planned for in their initial quote. Nikki in the office was very kind and professional. I would absolutely recommend Brown Electrical and use them again.

My kitchen outlets stopped working and that would not do with all the holiday food preparations coming up. Based off their good reviews, I called Brown Electrical and they were able to fit me in right away for an appraisal and service. Everything was done efficiently, effectively, and at a great price. Of all the pros referred to me, they were the only ones who actually called. They quoted me a very fair price to properly install 2 fan brackets and fans in two bedrooms. I was texted before they arrived and they arrived on time, took care to keep the rooms clean while they worked and left them as clean as they found them. I was impressed by how quickly he got the job done. Best of all, there's no wobble! :) I feel safe! I have some projects coming up and I will definitely look to hire Brown Electrical Solutions when it's time.

Fair price for a huge scope of work. Terrence, the electrician who also was our point of contact for the scope of work,professional,kind and works efficiently . Edwinna,who is the world's best office receptionist, has been in contact for appointments and squeezed me in for a last-minute appointment to get us started on the process.

We had two ceiling fans installed on our patio and two exterior light fixtures put up by on either side of the garage door. The installers were on time and polite and they got the jobs done quickly. They cleaned up everything and took the old fans and fixtures away when they were finished. We would definitely use this company again.

These guys are great. This is my second time using them. I was able to get a tech out first thing the next morning to fix my power issue. The tech did a great job and explained what the issue was. I would recommend Brown Electric every time if you want it done right.

I used "Brown Electrical Solutions" services this morning for a ceiling fan installation, and all I can say is WOW.

Terence, the electrician came this morning to do the job, and I enjoyed very much not only the quality of his work, but also the kindness and enthusiasm of his personality. I found this company highly recommended on thumbtack and the ratings were right. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next, called me to confirm and then when Terence was here he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed some things on the spot and then took back other items to get estimates for me. What a great experience!

Mr. Brown and his crew were very professional and quick. From the moment I spoke with Mrs Edwina I felt welcomed and valued. They came out have me an estimate within the hour and the work was done the following week. No complaints, I would recommend.
