Very difficult to get any resolution with this company when the work is not quite satisfactory. It seems they always stand by their service men FIRST before they give the customer's complaints any attention. Tiresome...

Poor customer service, left the job unfinished, tile broken, wires left hanging from the hallway ceiling. I've spoken to the service manager who first promised to repair damage, then said it wasn't their responsibility. I will never let them in my business again.

The technician from Bradly Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. came to my office told us our A/c is has been iced - up and left. I had to call another A/C company to fix the problem. Now Bradly has send a bill for $142.50. I call to talk to someone at Bradly's, I was told the manager will call back, I waited 2 week nobody called. I call again I was told this is our price. Even though the company advertises Free estimate. I did not even get an estimate from them.
