Poor customer service, left the job unfinished, tile broken, wires left hanging from the hallway ceiling. I've spoken to the service manager who first promised to repair damage, then said it wasn't their responsibility. I will never let them in my business again.

The technician from Bradly Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. came to my office told us our A/c is has been iced - up and left. I had to call another A/C company to fix the problem. Now Bradly has send a bill for $142.50. I call to talk to someone at Bradly's, I was told the manager will call back, I waited 2 week nobody called. I call again I was told this is our price. Even though the company advertises Free estimate. I did not even get an estimate from them.

My air conditioner was installed in a very small attic space by the builder. It was not an easy job at replacement time after 15 years by Gary, Jonathan, Ryan, James, Mike. The work was done in a very professional way. I would also like to mention Pam did a great job in her handling of the permit. All around good job by all.

Worst experience ever. I was told I was going to pay $80 for the diagnostic but when the technician came over he didn't know what what's going with the unit. He couldn't give me a proper diagnostic. He was here for only 20 minutes. He didnt give me an answer and the company still charge me $80. They say he could spent hours here checking every single wire but they needed to charge me $105 per hour. I was expecting to get a diagnostic if they charge for it. Save your time and money and go with a different company.

I have been using Bradley Heating and A/C for several years. Their techs have always been on-time, professional, and resolved the problem. I recently had Bradley replace the 30+ year old ductwork in my house and they did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone that needs A/C work.

Service was easy to schedule and Dan was on time, skilled and knowledgeable. Our A/C was up and running within 30-45 minutes and it has continued to keep us cool since then.

Having my service contractor coming over and telling me that I was in need of a new AC system unless the system was 7 years old. He stept over the fact that there should warranty on parts the better a new system. I was not happy and went to the BBB of South West of Florida and because of the "B" in his name Bradley AC showed up.After a brief conversation and sending pictures over, they came over, tested the whole system, filled a with needed gas and everything runs again... I called Bradley A/C and they came out quickly and found the problem, addressed it, and my unit works good as new. The team at Bradley AC was courteous and very professional. Also they make sure things are correctly installed. The inspector even commented on the high quality install that was above and beyond code. Highly recommend!
