They are always accommodating and do an amazing job cleaning, even folding clothes neatly that are anywhere in the room! They are friendly and the owner is amazing and is easy to get a hold of. We have them come bi-weekly and my house smells so good when I get home! Highly recommend!

Super unprofessional and unreliable. I hired the company to clean my Airbnb and they left before replacing one of the bathrooms with toilet paper that I have stocked up. Moreover, they didn’t send pictures of the 2/3 rooms in the house and they left my house unlocked. They never came back to finish the job and when I asked when they could come back to finish the job they demanded for payment and then told me “Smh. You’re on your own.” when I told them that I pay after the service is completed.

Wow, these ladies were amazing! Two super friendly women came out to do a deep clean, and they completely blew me away. They worked hard, had great energy, and paid attention to every little detail. My place has honestly never looked this good! I’ve used other cleaning companies before, but none even come close to how thorough and professional they were. I’ll definitely be using them again — highly recommend!

Granted, this business has never cleaned for me, but after talking to Toni, agreeing on price and being asked to text her my address and availibility in order to book my first cleaning, I cannot even get a return text from her. 5 star reviews mean nothing if you have no willingness to cultivate new clients. My recommendation is a hard pass on Toni's Unsplendid customer service.

I've been a client of Toni's for 7+ years. Toni does an excellent cleaning job. She is always on time, very friendly, EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, and leaves my home clean and refreshed. She arrives with all the nessary cleaning supplies, except for vacuum which I supply. I would ABSOLUTELY refer Toni to anyone looking for a responsible and affordable house cleaner.

Toni squeezed me in last minute for a moving clean. She was very professional, accommodating and communication with her was quick and responsive from start to finish. Very reasonable pricing.
